Test Setup

For this report, we used identical single and dual-core Intel CPUs, along with a single and SLI video card configuration. The exact list of hardware used is as follows:

Driver versions used were nForce4 SLI for Intel version 7.15, and ForceWare version 81.98. Let's get started with 3DMark 06.

3DMark 06

As we can see from the above graphs, there is no difference between the single and dual-core CPUs in these benchmarks. They are entirely dependant on the video card in use.
