Asus Rampage II Gene Review - PAGE 7
Pier-Luc Gendreau - Wednesday, April 29th, 2009

TMPG is a application that can transcode sound and video files to other formats.

POV-Ray, for Persistence of Vision Raytracer, is 3D rendering software that has impressive photorealistic capabilities.

For some odd reason, the Asus doesn't deliver nearly as much performance as the other two boards in TMPG which are over 30 seconds faster. However, it has a slight advantage in POV-Ray and overclocking widens that lead by quite a margin.
