"Power Management" as we would expect lets you set the resume and suspend functionality.

"PnP/PCI Configuration" allows some control over IRQ assignments and PCI configuration.

The "PC Health Status" menu lets you see temperatures and fan speeds and enable/disable temperature and fan failure warnings. Unfortunately we see a less than helpful "OK" for voltages instead of actual readings.

Here we can set the clock ratio (assuming that the processor allows us to change it; with our engineering sample Conroe E6700 we were able to select multipliers between 6 and 10.
