Contents and Impressions
The package comes with everything you need:
- 4 Extra colour "accent" sets to personalize the look of your I-PHONO
- Charger (for both dongle and headphone)
- A "splitter" for the charger, so you can charge both devices at once (pretty cool!)
- USB charger cord
- velcro tape and velcro strap
I particularly like the variety of ways you can charge your dongle and headset. The USB capable is quite thoughtful, as was the splitter. I also enjoyed the fact that the charger could charge other Bluetake devices, like the Bluetake BT400 GII headset we reviewed in April.
The construction of the headphones isn't as tight as I would have expected for such an expensive piece of equipment. I think this is one area where Bluetake needs to work on to improve the impression of quality that the headset conveys. What's cool though about the design is that you can customize the look of it with the included coloured accent pieces. The package comes with pairs of accent pieces in blue, red, orange, and golden yellow. The colour pieces can be mixed and matched and they are surprisingly nice looking.

Also interesting is the way the headphones can be folded away when not needed. Looking at the picture above you can see how compact the headphones become when folded away. This is in keeping with Bluetake's design of their Bluetooth headset, which had a handy collapsible mouthpiece (I must say, their collapsing designs are VERY good ideas).
