The BIOS is pretty much complete when it comes to overclocking. On the main 'Ai Tweaker' menu, all voltages and frequencies can be set. The Spread spectrum and Clock Skew control functions are also on this page.

This is the 'Memory Configuration' sub-menu where many options enhancing performance can be enabled. For example, disabling the 'Channel Interleaving' option caused SiSoftware Sandra to report that the memory bandwidth diminished by 2GB/sec, which is somewhat steep. The 'XOR of Address bit' is the default setting anyway.

In the 'DRAM Timing Configuration', obviously the timings can be set but also the signal strength:
