Multi-GPU Performance in DirectX10 - PAGE 8
Kevin Spiess - Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

The Call of Juarez benchmark seems to be the most demanding of all of our benchmarks. Some would argue that it is also the best looking as well. Additionally, from my experience, Call of Juarez takes advantage of the DX10 API more than any other of benchmarks in this article.

It has also been out longer than all but the Lost Planet demo, so both AMD and NVIDIA have had a bit more time to get their drivers running smoothly with this game.

CrossFire just isn't there yet for Call of Juarez, it seems. Performance dropped when it was enabled. SLI improved performance by around roughly 50% for both the BFG 8800 GTS and Asus EN8800 GTX.

The benchmark looked fanatastic and smooth at 1600x1200 with the EN8800 GTX setup.
