Skies of Arcadia

THE GOOD:
The plot. I can't stress this enough. I could never guess the plot! And I'm good at it, too. Plus, the whole cast of characters is perfect. Once you meet a fellow named Gilder, you know this is different than normal RPGs. I LOVE THAT GUY, HE'S THE BEST!!! "Come on. Dance for me."

THE BAD:
Random Battles? No, now I like those, too. Just cause of this game.

SUMMARY:
First Week of play: End of Disc 1. Play Time: 35 hours.

The only real problem with this game is that I don't want to beat it. Cause if I do, that means there won't be anything new for me in plot. The game ends, and I don't want it too.

That is literally the only downfall of this game. I was actually suprised with the characters at almost every plot turn, and new ability learned. I've forgot how involved you can get in games. This game reminded me. I broke my record, and played this game for 10 hours straight. I'm near the end now, at about 45 hours. I...

Sometimes random encounters can get annoying but who cares?

SUMMARY:
I love this game and have played it for 35+ hours and still havent completed it. The ship battles are tense, the graphics are great and later when you have your own island the game gets even better! This is one game i would definetly recommend. GO AND BUY IT NOW!!!!!!!!!

I really like this game becuase it has great music, it's an adventure rpg. not just that but there is a bit of romance too. (hey! you gotta have romance in an adventure rpg, epecially the hero, it ads more character) I really like the graphics and the storyline is great, and its a long game which is good. There's only one thing bad, I wish there'd be a little romance at the end with fina and Vyse. Oh well I still really enjoyed this game

This is the best RPG I've played since FF7

THE GOOD:
Hmmm...... Everything. People always moan about the limited voice acting but i thinks its good because it gives you a rough idea of the character personality.

THE BAD:
Nothing! Nothing atall! Except maybe the random battles, perhaps after you finish the game it could give you the option to carry on play with no random battles, allowing you to finish mini-quests like the mother-daughter cooking dispute, and fining all deiscoveries. Or maybe that's just me.

SUMMARY:
This game has a storyline good enough to rival any thriller novel you could ever hope to read. if this game was a film it would be the best film EVER, which is why its the best game EVER. If you don't like RPG's you still have to buy this game. if you haven't got a dreamcast then buy one!!
