Background:
The adventure all begins when a Black Mage brings a picture book on to a Chocobo farm. Unfortunately, this book is home to the devil Bebezu, and the entire farm gets sucked into the pages of this magical book.

You've seen them in countless Final Fantasy games, but now it's your turn to actually play as a Chocobo! Join Chocobo as he battles alongside White and Black Mages to prevent Bebezu from being revived to his full form.

Gameplay:
While this game has the overworld look and feel of a traditional RPG, battling is much different. When you encounter an enemy, a battle starts (officially referred to as a "Pop-Up Duel"). You and the opponent take turns sending out cards to perform certain attacks.
