For anyone else, try to find this one cheap, pick it up if you’ve got a friend who has it (and you’re down for a little multiplayer action), or bite the bullet and enjoy the game for what it does right. Naruto fans still don’t have a must-have portable accompaniment to the show, but Ninja Council 3 is a step in the right direction, and should satisfy fans despite some seriously annoying flaws."
