Background

A period of peace was enjoyed by those in the Imperial City Regnum during the world war. At this time certain people began to discover a special power within them. Fear of this power grew amongst those without it so a law was set forth that all people with this power are to be captured. This is troubling for Ruca, the son of a merchant in Regnum, who discovers the very same power within his own body.
