THE GOOD:
1) 3-d graphics add a little extra touch to the genre.
2) Has the original plot and characters from the television series.
3) Good, varied tutorials for beginners new to the game.

THE BAD:
1) 3-d graphics are awful.
2) Large numbers of spelling and translation mistakes.
3) Deck construction is annoying, and takes too long.
4) Isn't worth it's pricetag.

SUMMARY:
Most of this Yu-gi-oh game can be summed up in two words "Cash-In".

The game gallantly tries to add something extra to the mix, with 3-d graphics of the monsters.
And fails miserably.
The small 3-d images of the monsters are clever, they would have been pretty good if any thought had gone into it. The images are small and lack detail, crudely done, you won't appreciate them at all, and are nothing but hinderance eventually.

THE GOOD:
Loads of cards to collect
Develop strategies
Cheaper than the real thing

THE BAD:
Poor presetation
Battles are subject entirely to luck
Duels can become repetitive after so long
Must-win Shadow Games don't work as they should

SUMMARY:
Video games based on a popular franchise don't usually fare all that well, and the idea of taking trading cards and putting them in a digital format is a strange one, so can Konami do right with this title?

Out of the various kinds of screens you're presented with I would say the duel graphics are the best of the lot. The bottom screen is used to display the card...
