The lack of Mushroom Kingdom characters does bring the value down a little. It is a fun fast paced action game even though the hardest difficulty is still easily beaten in a matter of hours. The power shots and how to unlock them is a marvelous example of the difficulty of this game, for unlocking the power shots is about the hardest thing to do in this game for all you have to do to unlock most of the players is just to defeat them in a ranked match of either singles or doubles. You start out being able to choose the boy or girl, righty or lefty, and if you want to change the name to one of your choice. But still overall, this game is a really good value. But is still falls short of its counterpart sibling Mario Golf:Advance Tour, but overall is one of the best RPG tennis games on the market!
