Background

Slick, the tough gang lord of River City has put the whole city in fear and all of the citizens are powerless. Two kids that find out about this mayhem of the school being taken over weren't in school that day. Alex and Ryan have to fight their way through gangs and beat Slick to free their fellow students. It's all up to these kids to return River City the way it used to be, nice and peaceful.
