A perfect remidition of the NES classic and more.

THE BAD:
To the new player:Nothing Bad.
To the veteran player:Very few new things.

SUMMARY:
Mario and his friends go into a parrelell world that is in danger by the evil wart. It is up to Mario and his friends to stop him. Join Mario and his friends as they go up against wart's army by picking up and using vegetables as lethal weapons. Also you can link up with a freind with a Game Boy advance link cable in the
other arcade classic Mario Bros.

THE GOOD:
Ok there was basically nothing good in this game.

THE BAD:
Almost everything in this game was bad.

SUMMARY:
Basically the point of this game is to go through every level and get 5 red or whatever it is coins and then defeat the boss(sometimes with ease sometimes with a challenge)and then you go do it again its just simply a repeat until you beat the final boss then you go around and collect yoshi egg's.I think this game shouldn't have even been made.

THE GOOD:
The fun gameplay, the great graphics, multi-player, its mario! What else could you ask for?

THE BAD:
Too easy...

SUMMARY:
I found this to be one of the better game boy games out there. It had 2 modes to choose from - multi-player and single player mode which is the same mode as the first mario game that was released on the SNES back in the early 90's. It was a fairly long game with lots of challenges that will keep you guessing. But overall, it had a lot of easyness to the game. Its obviously aimed toward a younger audience which is why I assume its a bit easy. But, its still a great game and should be fun for gamers of all ages.

Overall Outcome: Buy It!

Lastability: 8/10.
This lasts quite a while. Even though it's watered down from the NES original, this will still take some time to beat because the difficulty is still at a decently challenging level, which is good in a game. Trying to get all the Ace Coins in the game will take some time too. Those buggers are quite hard to find.
Graphics: 10/10.
Completely ripped from the Super Mario All Stars remake of this game, but that's not exactly a bad thing, isn't it?
Sound: 10/10.
A catchy soundtrack that never gets old + 16-bit enhancement + cool sounding sound effects = sheer awesomess. Even the NES original has this.
Gameplay: 7/10.
Sidescrolling gameplay. You walk around levels left or right, but you can't jump on enemies to kill them. Instead you have to throw veggies at them. Just another excuse for kids not to eat their vegetables. The game gets quite difficult at parts, but trust me, the NES original was more frustrating. Nonetheless, this game...

THE GOOD:
This game is great, If your buying a Gameboy Advance this should be your first game. I mean Marios a classic who doesn't like it? It has amazing game play with alot of levels which makes it pretty hard and good sound.

THE BAD:
The only bad thing, but this is for ALL GBA games is that you need a light. The screen seems to be really dark.

SUMMARY:
This game is very very fun and especialy multiplayer which is the funest game!!!! This game is definetly a buy on GBA player lists...

THE GOOD:
The different characters had different strengths and weaknesses
Good boss design, which took more than just button bashing to beat

THE BAD:
Some parts of the game were too easy

SUMMARY:
This was one of the first Mario games I'd played in years because I've never owned a Nintendo console. I was a Sega person when I was younger and after that I swapped to Sony. So any Nintendo games I play are rare nowadays. My brother got this for the Game Boy though and I played it and found the game to be very enjoyable.

You can pick to play as Mario, Luigi, Toad or Princess Peach. Each character has different statistics, which do make a difference in the game. Mario is well rounded (in more ways than one), Luigi has a high jump ability at the expense of others, Toad is very powerful but can't jump that high and Peach is low on all stats but can float down when she jumps allowing her to travel further in the air. I personally played the...

THE GOOD:
What can I say? Its Mario. Virtually the King of platformers. Great fun, loads to do.

THE BAD:
You can't kill enimies by jumping on them. Can get VERY frustrating, and the multiplayer's not up to much.

SUMMARY:
Allthough I don't own this, my friend lent it to me for ages so now I know the game well enough to review.

OK, firstly, I'd like to say that this is the most important Nintendo release since Mario 64. Nintendo knew that they had to release their new console with a blinding Mario title, so they made this.

And its good, believe me, its good. Nintendo have struck it here and Mario Advance has lived up to the hype and more. You can choose out of four characters and the graphics are literally superb.

But there's just a few things... I just feel that there's something missing. The lack of Cooper's? The absence of question mark boxes? The loss of the green pipes that you use to warp through? All of...
