THE BAD: Game offers nothing new then all other platformers.
SUMMARY: It's no secret that most movie-based video games turn out to be total crap. After the horror that was attack of the clones, i thought for sure i was about to be subjected to another round of fully licenced handheld garbage with xXx.Unfortunately...it was the case.xXx does nothing to expand on the age old genre of big-guy-with-big-guns action games, it does provide a solid five or six hours of decent (read:bad), mediocre platforming fun. The side scrolling levels-which make up about 75% of the gameare fairly generic in concept(climbing, jumping, searching, killing, dying) somehhow i found myself Un-Eager to press on(typical me)Maybe it was the dumb stages...maybe the boredom of getting 100% kills which is quite addictive... The other 3 levels are road rash rip-offs motorcycle chases. I admit, they ARE cool looking but not fun at all. in all, xXx is too short to be a worty purchase, but if youre a die hard fan, rent it for one day.
