I beat the Elite Four again just like in Pokemon Blue, and I got all 150 pokemon. I wasn't able to get Mew that time. :( |

Here's a classic that should be in most collector's libraries alongside the other versions from the original generation of Pokemon games, Red and Blue. Underneath its cute exterior lays a strategic challenge unlike any other, one that is certainly worth taking on regardless of how old you are. The AI in this version is much better than the AI of the Red and Blue games, making it a tougher challenge, but a worthwhile challenge nonethless. I believe that I am closer to 120 Pokemon in this game, but I'm just taking a guess because it has been a while since I've played this game. There are some days in which I play this game just to take the Surfing Pikachu Challenge just for fun, a feature that is unique to the series and one that I would like to see in a future Pokemon title. |

My favorite of the Pokemon games, because your Pikachu follows behind and because Team Rocket's very own Jesse and James make appearances. |

My parents surprised me with this by placing it under my pillow. When I was picked up from school and asked if they found it and purchased it, they said no. I was too sad and didn't even check under there when I got back to the Super 8 Motel we were staying at. They asked me if I was even going to bother checking under my pillow, and I quickly did with excitement and found it! I loved having Pikachu with me. I loved him so much ;( |
