Pokémon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition

THE GOOD:
It has more options than red and blue does. A little more updated than its predecessors.

THE BAD:
Not much, but you just want more games like it.

SUMMARY:
This game is basically a RPG game (Role-Playing Game). It has nice battle techniques. You can raise your pokemon to higher levels and battle and take care of them. Even you can earn badges too! A very good game. Rent to see if you like it.

THE GOOD:
- You get to start oout with Pikacu.
- Mew is in the game.
- Mewtwo is alos in the game.
- You can get Surfing Pikachu.
- You can catch most of the pokemon.

THE BAD:
- There are few Pokemon that aren't in the game.
- You can't evolve your Pikacu into Raichu.

If you like pokemon than you are going to like this game. This game is great and the best part is that you start out with Pikachu and Gary starts out with Eevee. Also now you get Charmender, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur in the same game. There are few pokemon that you can't catch and here is a list of them: Ekans, Arbok, Electabuzz, Jynx, Koffing, Weezing, Magmar, Meowth, Persian, Weedle, Kakuna, and Beedrill. for people looking for something new, this is what you need! of course, it is turn based, and letting go of the controle essentially pauses the game. not that this is a bad thing, but... if you have great reaction speed, it is albeit slow. but the strategy needed for you to beat it is great. get it.

They took the cheats!!! Even the human hotel computer wuz gone!!!

I cannot say the amount of joy I felt when I first laid my hands on this piece of magic! That joy was well met by a long, exciting, and dificult RPG. If u
play this before u play red and blue then they will seem like a pinic in comparioson. The gym leaders are at higher levels and there are alot of new trainers on the feild. But another good thing is they take rarer pokemon like mankey from blue and put it early in the game. But my fav change wuz they gave a ton of pokemon
new moves like pikachu. The only bad thing wuz they took out the red amd blue cheats. btu since those just make red and blue ez it is not that bad for Yellow not to hav. A good game for any RPG lover espesically if
u played other pokemon games.

great game, for little kiddies. plot a bit short though. battle and trade with your friends. battle trainers to be the top trainer in the world. catch all the pokemon to be the pokemon master. you can print your pokemon off with a pokemon printer. dodgy graphics, sound quality very poor. but great game, a but old now. i suggest to but the leaf green and fire red the improved game and with added features.

This is a nice game to play no matter if your bored, or busy, it's worth playing everytime! This game has good features, and it can show you how to handle adventurous stuff! Enhanced for GameBoy Color, Surfing Pikachu, you get a Pikachu in the beginning, you can have Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle in one game, Clean of glitches for Red and Blue(Green)

SUMMARY:
This is the Best GameBoy Game Series Ever, in my opinion. Never have I been so addicted to a GameBoy title ever. I love being able to catch Pokemon and train em into the best fighting team I can make em.
I like being able to start with Pikachu. It made it easier to clean house on the first few cities.

This game is really good its fun to c pickachu SAd happy and when yuo got fishing you turn to pickchu and he has a bucket in his head its so Erghhhh Cute >_< lol but you will have fun trust me always trust IDM

It is alot like the anime, the graphics are good, no Missingno glitch, and you get Pikachu.

THE BAD:
The color bugs me.

SUMMARY:
This is the best out of the older games! You get Pikachu, and Gary gets Eevee, just like in the anime! And the graphics are better than the Blue and Red versions'. The Pokemon look really cute, too. You cannot evolve Pikachu into Raichu, but you can trade for Raichu! And if you keep Pikachu happy, then you get Bublbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle!! It's so great! You can also look at your Pikachu to see how he's doing. He's a very special Pikachu, and has the anime voice. And, even though you cannot get Missingno, you can still get Mew! Cool! (I do not have this game but my friend does and I played it for a while and found this stuff out)
