SUMMARY:
The second game in the legendary Dragonball Z saga, DBZ Budokai 2, isn't really all it hypes up to be. After being released a good while ago, it recieved a lot of hype just because it was yet another Dragonball Z game, but it isn't really that good to begin with.
First of all, lets start with the good things. The graphics, because it was cel-shaded, was an excellent plus when playing it. I think it fitted the game perfectly because it just overall looked better, seeing as how DBZ is a cartoon-ish game in the first place. other than that, the fighting was pretty solid.
