THE GOOD:
- Absolutely amazing graphics
- Great storyline
- Solid controls
- You will want to play it again and again
- Nice extra features and bonuses

THE BAD:
- A little short
- Misses out on the features the PS2 and Wii version has

SUMMARY:
After playing the older Resident Evil games, I really wasn't expecting this game to be mind-blowingly good. But heck was I wrong. This is quite possibly one of the best games to appear on the Gamecube, and is certainly among my top 10 greatest games of all time.

Resident Evil 4 is certainly different to the previous games in the series, and all the changes are for the best. The controls are the main change, with a better camera angle to allow more control over Leon and ease of aiming your gun. The storyline isn't all about zombies anymore either. You play as Leon to save the kidnapped Ashley and battle Saddler and his army of plaga-invested minions. Unlike the zombies...

THE GOOD:
Good- The story balances well, and the elements and plot are genious.
-Graphics are the best from last-gen.
-Collecting treasures to buy weapons and even health is such an improvement from past games.
- Weapons are some of the best, Minethrowers, Chiacago Typewriters, Semi auto rifles and the list

goes on and on..
-No more retarted controls! This game plays as comfortable as it can get.
-Aiming system is a blast, don't have to shoot without knowing what you're shooting at anymore.
-The varieties of enemies and monsters are my biggest charm of this game.
-It's extremely addicting, I've been playing it for 2 years now!

THE BAD:
Bad- No flaws could be found.. It plays too good for you to care about any flaws it might have. Not that it does.

SUMMARY:
I honestly thought that Resident Evil was an average series that was going to the trash . Until this beauty came out. The story goes like this-...

THE GOOD:
Great gameplay, awesome dialogue, suspense filled storyline and gameplay, great weapons, believable deaths, all around a great game.

THE BAD:
Not long enough, not enough story.

SUMMARY:
This game is by far, on my "Arik's Top Five Games", along with Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, and God of War, this game is superb. The gameplay only lasted me a mere four hours when I ran through it but when I took my time, I lasted much longer than that. I believe I'm on my fifth time around and I'm guessing I have around twenty-eight hours on the game. The story is simple too.

You start as Leon Kennedy, a Federal Agent that is sent on a mission to retrieve the President daugther, Ashley, from the hands of certain death.

On things leads to another and Leon Kennedy turns into a super badass, with gymnastic moves and goddamn sweet knife skills he saves the day. I'm not going into too much detail because then that leaves the...

THE GOOD:
- Great Story : You are sent on a rescue mission to locate The President's daughter who has been abducted and brought to a strange location in Euroope. - Gorgeous Graphics : These graphics are so good, I can't even describe them. The lush, eerie enviroments were the thing that really caught my eye in this game. - Gore. Lots and lots of gore. - Characters : Leon Kennedy returns as a definite badass. - Boss battles : El Gigante, the lake monster, Salazar. JEEZ-uss! - Nice selection of weapons : From 9mms to revolvers to rocket launchers. Your adventure. Your choice. - Nice and long : This adventure game should last you a long time. It also has a high replay value. - Fixed Camera : It rawks.

THE BAD:
- Guaranteed to scare the crap out of you. - The game might be a bit too short. - Not enough weapons to buy/choose from. - Might find yourself cornered with little ammunition. - Expert Mode is extremely difficult in...

THE GOOD:
-The graphics, sound, gameplay, and changes to the series.
-The new story and return of old characters.

THE BAD:
-Not much level destructibility.

SUMMARY:
I never really cared much for any Resident Evil game before, yeah I've played some of the games and beat them but they didn't keep my attention long. Resident Evil 4 changes all of that. Leon (from Resident Evil 2) is now a top-secret agent working for the United States. He trained in the agency for six years and quickly climbed the ranks to being assigned the duty of protecting the president's family. It was just before he was take on his assignment that Ashley Graham, the president's daughter, was kidnapped. So Leon ended up in a lonely and rural part of Europe. Little does he know that this mission will be his most difficult and challenging one yet. Worse than the Raccoon City incident.

Resident Evil 4 thankfully changed the just about every thing that made the...

THE GOOD:
-Impressive graphics.
-Great voice acting.
-Great scenes.
-Great new gameplay features.
-Nice music.
-Easy controls.

THE BAD:
-Lighting effects could have been better.
-Music doesn't help scare you.
-Not as scary as other RE games.
-Only one path to go on.

SUMMARY:
Concept
RE4 takes place in a rural and lonely part of Europe. The president's daughter, Ashley Graham, was kidnapped and it's up to Leon Kennedy (from RE2) to save her. Who and what kidnaps her is revealed as the story unfolds, plus there are a few twists with the characters that show up in the story.

Graphics
The graphics are incredibly stunning, especially for the GCN. The characters and backgrounds are great, though the lighting effects could have been better their great too. There can be so much onscreen at once and the frame rate holds up great, it's amazing how great these graphics are.

THE GOOD:
1. Very good gameplay... almost addicting.

2. The graphics are awesome!

3. Large variety of weapons and enemies.

4. Extra games at the end of the game.

5. A good large amount of gameplay.

THE BAD:
1. It might be scary the first time you play, but the next time you play it isn't. Isn't as scary as the other Resident Evil games.

2. The storyline could've been better.

SUMMARY:
This game is one of the best game for the Gamecube. If you don't buy this game, your missing out on a lot. But your not missing anything important in the storyline... The gameplay is awesome! You may start out with only a pistol (like in any other RE series), but your collection of guns grows as the game continues. Treasures can be found in a lot of places, but most of them are hidden. So you must keep your eyes open for anything...

THE GOOD:
*Graphics are incredible
*Enemy and escort A.I. are pretty good
*Creepy Chainsaw dudes and women (scariest thing)
*solid controls
*Mercenaries and Assignment Ada side-missions are cool
*Funnest of all RE games

THE BAD:
*Not as scary as other RE games
*Still has a somewhat bad story
*Enemies drop ammo (too forgiving)

SUMMARY:
Yet another milk-job on the franchise, RE4 thankfully breaks free from its predecessors with the force of a nuclear explosion. You play as Leon S. Kennedy (RE2), a government agent sent on a mission to rescue the presidents daughter and blah, blah, blah...
but the story is only a small fragment of this terrific game, I assure you!
First of all the gameplay is so fast and frentic you'd think you were playing...

THE GOOD:
The gameplay is magnificent, it's just so much fun, and the story is good too, with some twists.

THE BAD:
I would of liked a dodge button, this was enough to bring it down from perfection. You can only dodge at scripted times which is annoying, cause a solid dodge button would have made this a perfect game.

SUMMARY:
Leon Scott Kennedy, our protagonist in Resident Evil 4, he was also in Resident Evil 2. Now he is back and he's no longer a rookie cop, he's a secret agent with the secret servie(how secretive!) He is tasked with the retreival of the presidents daughter Ashley.(kinda akward since my little sister is named ashley) She was abducted by some weird cult that worshp something called "Las Plagas".(this means the plauges in spanish btw)Leon is sent to some place in Europe.(Since everyone speaks spanish Iam guessing Spain but they never really say) This is where it all begins in the game, you are driven to this place, you...

THE GOOD:
+ Tension that simply can't be beat.

+ Stunning visuals.

+ Incredible sound detail.

+ Relentless action.

+ The sheer improvement over previous games.

THE BAD:
- Controls could be a bit better.

SUMMARY:
The RE franchise has never been known for fast-paced action. It's always been a game ruled by slow progression enhanced with high tension. So what does RE4 do that's so different than past RE games? Just about everything (but that's a good thing).

The game begins by showing off its incredibly detailed environments and character models. Right from the start, you know your eyes are going to be pleased for the remainder of the game. The game also makes great use of fog and atmosphere effects, along with absolutely perfect background noise and subtle sound queues to create an outstanding ambience that I haven't experienced since Deer Hunter 3. Okay, I know comparing RE4 to a deer...
