Background

In a dying world called Sylvarant, legend has foretold that one day a Chosen One will appear from amongst the people and the land will be reborn. Gameplay

Tales of Symphonia is a RPG where you play as a boy named Lyold or his friends and allies. Interact with many characters in mini-games, battles, or just talk to them to gather clues to continue your journey. As you adventure through the huge world in the game you will encounter enemies such as the Desians an evil group of people. Your characters' goal in this two disc adventure is to guide one of Lyold's best friends "Collete" a chosen, a special type of person on the journey to regenerate the world while doing many different quests
