Background

John Madden Football 93 features 38 teams: 28 NFL teams, 2 All-Madden teams, and eight of the greatest teams ever. Along with a large playbook are new features such as no huddle offense and the QB stop clock play. Play modes include: regular season game, pre-season game, playoffs, sudden death, and all-time greats tournament. Players are identifiable by their uniform number and teams by their city name and team colors.
