Background

You are a new Special Forces Combat Medic and it's your job to save the lives of your fellow unit members during secret military operations in the Middle East. Participate in 10 missions drawn from real-life situations in the field, and avoid and defend against enemy fire while treating your comrades. Directly manipulate combat medical tools as you treat combat injuries.
