Sid Meier's Gettysburg!

THE GOOD:
Exceptional culmination of all aspects of Nepoleaonic Warfare, historically accurate rendition both of comabt and of events.

THE BAD:
Draging the cursor was troublesome at times.

SUMMARY:
I know that this review will probably sit for all eternity forgotten and lost amongst the constant clamoring for the next new thing to come along and impress us with its trumped up displays of prowess, etc. etc.

IN short this game remains one of my all time favorites. As a Civil War Buff, I can readily and enthusiastically become involved in the history behind the game and the warcraft at the time.

The Game, along with the tactical manual included, really introduces the player to napoleaonic warfare. Unlike so many RTS that make you worry about supply, resources, tech, etc. this Game slams you right smack dab in the middle of a battle and lets you run.
