General/Summary: Awesome game. I thought GTA3 was good, but this game is just something else. There's more open ended gameplay in this game than in GTA3. Let's get one thing straight, I prefer MAFIA over both the new GTAs, but for pure fun, it's Vice City all the way. The graphics aren't amazing, simply because my PC runs this game easily with no slow down. This is testament alone to the power of the PC when compared with the PS2, which in places struggles with both GTAs. Gameplay: Unlimited gameplay is what this game is all about. The ability to just spend an entire week away from the storyline but still having 150% fun says it all. This game is just amazing.

SUMMARY: I like this game very much. It follows very well the GTA III formula. Lots of mission, weapons and more cars. Plus the ability to make money with buildings you buy is great, and more parking space to put your cars. In GTA III you had 3 places to save, in this one you have 5 time that ammount. The soundtrack is way better than GTA III, at least the songs are real in this one and you can put your own songs to it. The game is hard, almost as hard as GTA III, finding everything in this one will be the ultimate challenge. To play it you must have a good video card at least 64 mb otherwise it will be choppy when you play it. Overall the game really kick some serious ass, a must have for everybody who likes to make some serious hellraising.
THE GOOD: More cars, A Flyable helicopter, WAY better hideouts, AI improved somewhat, motorcycles & Scooters, more boats, more weapons, a lot more interiors. There's also a much wider selection of features in this game.
PC version especially seing you can now have some action replay and download some extra missions.
THE BAD: You hold fewer weapons, gangs in the city are dumb, the city feels so empty, not much variaty of music(no classical or reggae station like in GTA3), you can't carry as much weapons, you loose life from tripping on a curb, too many dead ends, no tunnels, no trains, still many glitches, short less challenging game in general. Also though the city's borders may be big, the city areas really are small with most of the space taken up by the beach, the sea, and the airport.

The game GTA III was brilliant. The storyline and everything. This is a bigger, better, sweeter version of the one before. In GTA: Vice City you can now get into helicopters, boats, planes, motorbikes and more. The graphics are also pretty good and there are hardly any loading times.
In couldn't find any flaws in the game, It just is THE BEST GAME at the moment. So far the missions have been really great and i'm enjoying living the ganster life in the streets of Vice City. The levels are absolutely huge and it'll take someone a long time to know your way about all of them. They are about 3 times bigger than the levels in GTA3 and those were very big.
