Interrupts. Tweaking your shots to their heads with your laser sight and scope with tripod hooked to your weapon for a one shot one kill thing.
THE BAD:
So freaking hard, almost impossible. Crashes, but very rare. Linear storyline. Interrupts. Learning curve.

Rent some Mercs, kill the bad guys, and save the people of Alrulco.
Very simple. But very hard to do. The thing is... you have to manage your money, militias, weapons, merc's sleep, and please the people.
Very addicting hence you can do it anyway you want. You can even make your own guys fight each other!
Send MERC(S) on suicide missions, commando night-ops, massive infiltrations, or do dumb things like kill civilians or blow up their houses.
Visit prostitudes, black market dealers, recruit NPC's on your side. Blow everything up with your explosives. Improve your weapons with attachments. Fix them when they jam. Bandage your wounds, and increase your medical skills. Increase your leadership, marksmanship any of them to spectacular levels.
Buy this game because it will keep you busy for a LONG time. Warning: Madly addicting.
If you wanna try something like Rambo or the Terminator, you better save first.
Cheat codes included for wusses like me who can't beat this game on the Normal Sci-Fi dificulty level. And I'm experienced with strategy games!
Support Talonsoft, they might now publish JA3 cuz they're not making enough money. You'll see that their games are worthwhile and unique by all means. Very good effort after Deadly Games. Get it, it's incredibly cheap for 10 bucks.
