Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance

THE BAD:
Has a lot of video problems
Controls are bad
A lot of things not ported over to pc properly..

SUMMARY:
Ok Lets start with all of the good things first,
The Story is very deep and involving, It involves terrorists taking over an offshore cleanup facility, Boats getting sunk, And goverment secrets.

The sound is amazing, Especially if you have a decent setup, The music composition is enough to make anybody get watery eyes, Especially when one of the characters die.

The graphics are pretty good, Provided you have a high spec PC you can improve over the PS2's quality, BUT there seems to be quite a common problem, When 'Model Quality' is turned up above 50% You start to get a really nasty white fog all over the screen, But it doesn't affect game detail too much.

And now onto the bad things,
The controls, At first they are pretty much impossible ot use, But after an hour or so, You'll have the hang of them, Although it is highly reccomended to get a cable that changes your PS2 pad to USB, It will make the game a LOT more fun.

And last of all, The way it's bene ported, When it gives you details on which buttons to press, it uses the xbox pad layout, 'use the Y button to kick' Which can get quite annoying as you have to press every button on the keyboard to find out how to do simple things ¬_¬
