When I heard about galaxies, I signed up for the beta testing immediately. I played other games, passed the time, until the game was released - quite close to Christmas in the UK. I went out and bought it, and had a good few months happily playing.

It IS a good game which, in my opinion, really brings the Star Wars universe to life. You can play as one of a number of species - human, bothan, wookie... You can own your own vehicles, pets, droids, and even houses and harvesters. Plus you have a large number of professions you can develop your character into. I quite liked the fact that your character could drop and learn new professions if you chose - you didn't create just ONE profession and have to stick with that one.

You can fight tyranny as a member of the Rebel Alliance, control the Galaxy as a soldier in the Galactic Empire, or stay neutral in the war, and manipulate both sides for your gain...

The PvP is well done, you can choose to stay covert - in which...

THE GOOD:

SUMMARY:
This is the first MMORPG I have played.. And I loved it for the first few months. Then, it started to get a little boring. The whole jedi thing kept me searching and once the "holo" idea came up it got boring. It took away the "hidden secerts" of lots of stuff, and also it make you have to Grind, grind, and grind to master all the professions. Could take months to do. I had to master Bio-engineer which takes weeks to do.. And most people are told to master 4-6 professions! Meaning it would take 2-3 months of payment and playing to even get a chance of unlocking the jedi slot. Ultimately, this caused me to cancel my payment.. For...

For many years i hadn't seen much to do with star wars and thought it was just some hyped up out dated boringness but now i am set on it. This game is so addictive. Their are 100's of different paths to take in your player developing and serious difficult bits to boot. The ability that has just been added to control beast and ride them is also da bomb. Picture this me a bounty hunter in training riding a speed mount and then my mate who is a training creature handler with big rachors which are like giant dinosaur things. There are lots of planets to visit in the galaxy and lots of towns in those planets, it takes hours to run from the side of one planet to the other side and you have different settings a long the way eg mountains with snow like LOTR and desert and faorest even rivers and seas to be navigated. Also along the way you might me a few nasty animals of even nasty other players out in the wilderness.

THE GOOD:
This game rocks! I mean you can do anything you want in this game! You can hunt, build, fight, join a faction, (rebel or empire) or even just lay around and a lot of other things too! (I stoped because i have o play this game! I'm taking valuable time out of my TO DIE FOR game! Cya!

THE BAD:
It is sometimes laggy and has some gliches that i got stuk in on Naboo... I never got out of it... BUT THAT'S OK! BECAUSE THIS GAME ROCKS! Gotta play this game... can't resits.............. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the BOMB, GREATEST, ROCKS, TUBELULAR, FABULAS, WONDERFUL, INCREDIDLE...................(i love this game tripple as much as any memmber of my family)... i'm sorry..........but it is SO true....... GOTTA PLAY... CAN'T RESITS............ AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
