Star Trek: Hidden Evil

"Although Hidden Evil is not going to win any awards for set design, the pre-rendered environments are attractive and hint at the lost potential. The ancient ruins have a genuine alien ambience while the Son’a settlement and space stations have the polished futuristic sheen one would expect from the Federation and other advanced civilizations."

"I would say that this would be a good game for a pure adventurist who would like to dip their toes in the shallow end of the action/adventure pool. It may not be as satisfying to players more used to action games."

If you're a casual gamer who likes Trek or just someone who enjoys a compelling adventure title you might want to leave this one alone and look elsewhere. Extreme hardcore Trekkies need apply only."

"This is a good year to be a Star Trek gamer. With Starfleet Command, STHE, and now Klingon Academy nearing release, things are looking up on the quality front. This is a great thing, as I personally was getting tired of crap ST games just made to take advantage of the license. This is a good adventure that will happily take up your time until you complete it. Once you have, you'll feel like you played through a good ST:TNG episode, because its story is on par with many of the better episodes made. Overall, a good, if short adventure."
