Worms 3D

When I heard that Worms was going 3-D, I was VERY excited - the Worms games are among the best, and most original, games I've had the opportunity to play.

We heard about new weapons, new ways to use the old weapons and items - 3-D opens up a whole new angle of attack - literally.

However, when I got the game, I was disappointed. It IS still a good game, and provides many laughs, however because of the 3-D nature of the levels, most enemies can be killed by simply knocking them into the water that surrounds most levels.

There's no longer any way of burrowing deep into the scenery to escape your enemies, now you have to sit tight, and try destroy them before you get killed yourself.

It seems to me that the tactics have been taken out of the game - admittedly you do need to have some sense of tactics to complete some of the more difficult missions - and now you use a baseball bat, or some other weapon to send the enemy worms flying off the scenery into the...
