| This game is very good in almost everyway. The new gameplay is outstanding. They have added many new features to this game. One of them is the juggling feature which allows you to juggle the ball during the game. I have always wanted to do that, and now I get my chance. I am sure that everybody loves to do it. Also, it is a lot of fun to play because it is not too easy. You can choose the level of difficultly, from the very easy Beginner level. Then you can move on the easy amauter level. Then there is also the professional level. Then last the expert World Class level. My suggestion would be to start at Professional, since it is not to easy but definetly a stage where you can win easy. Then after playing maybe 40-50 games, moving on to World Class, as that level is definetly hard, but it is still possible to win. But you will suffer some losses in World Class. Also, 2002 World Cup introduces the new star system where all of the players who excel in one special statistic have a star above their head. These players are more likely to score then other players. Also, some people argue that USA was underrated. I dont think so. If I remember correctly that was the rating of FIFA before the World Cup(for all those people who don't kno). I havent seen the rating yet, but I think that US has definetly moved up before the World Cup. But their rating as 21 is perfect for them before the World Cup seeing as they are getting better but they still are not one of the top 15 International teams. I won't list them here, but to tell you I could. But every game has their faults. In this case, 2002 World Cup is so small. It has no variety at all. It has about 35 teams in the whole game. That is not a lot, compared to some of the FIFA games, like 2001 and 2002. Fifa 2002 had 500 teams. David Beckham Soccer had about 250 teams I think. There is definetly a shortage of teams in this world cup seeing as it is so small. It definetly needs more teams, but the thing is that if you want more teams, then you should buy the FIFA games. But there is one problem, there are only two kind of games that you can do. World Cup and a Friendly match. Another words, this game has absolutely no depth. The World Cup can last just one day. And friendlies will get boring after a while. So basically, the problem with this game is that it gets so boring after a while. I would recommend that people should rent this game, since you can do everything within 5 days. But it is very fun game to play while you have it. |

THE GOOD: The gameplay and graphics will blow you away.THE BAD: The fact that there are no codes and when theres closeups on the players they have like no neck or just a liitle tiny neck. SUMMARY: The U.S. team could of been rated better. The Stadiums are very high in detail except the croud. It has the incredable new air play. There are a lot of new cool features. The faces of the players is highly detailed. The passing and shooting techniques are awsome. Also the special moves for each player is usefull. There are so many teams to pick from and they are rated in numbers from like 1 to 50, so theres alot of teams. All you sport fanatics will love this game and soccer player never take their hand off of the controler. |

THE GOOD: Better than other FIFA games. Very accurate player likenesses. You can see who the best players are by a star above their head.THE BAD: Nothing I can easily point out. SUMMARY: I thought Pro Evolution Soccer was the best football game before I played this. This game has great graphics and player likenesses. Apart from the 32 teams that qualified for the World Cup there are 8 other teams that didn't qualify including Scotland. I will lift the worlds greatest trophy for Scotland. The best players have little stars above their heads when they have the ball. These little stars are used carefully as some teams have none at all for example Israel. Scotland have a few star players. Well if you are a football fan buy this. |

THE GOOD: Just all around great soccer.THE BAD: Canada is not included SUMMARY: There are too many good things about this game to list so I'll just include the bad. The first problem I notice is Canada is not included in this game. They should also have a create a player mode. The music is bad. Other than that any average to hardcore soccer fan will be impressed. Only Canadians might be a little depressed. You should buy it. That is all. Good day to you. I SAID GOOD DAY !!!!! |

| This is one of the hottest games I have played this whole year - superb graphics and a soundtrack by vancouver symphanymake this a great soccer title. Some other users have diss'd the game cuz they say it's too easy, or it doesn't have enough teams.... forget what they say, cuz the game is freaking HARD, and the moves that you have access to require some serious skill to really master, so all in all the game is tuff to beat, and not at all suitable for pansies. Two thumbs way up! |
