THE GOOD:
+ graphics are sweet
+ units are awsome and diverse
+ follows the FPS, avp for the pc, very well
+ long story mode
+ diffrent races are balanced
+ mouse and keyboard support!THE BAD:
- no multiplayer
- no mapmaker
- complicated SUMMARY:
To start off, this game is very similar to starcraft (Thats a complement). It is actually somewhat easy to use and if you dont like the controler then use a keyboard and mouse instead because it supports both!
Of corse where starcraft and this differ is that the graphics in this are sweet and I have never seen it run jaged!
As I said above, the units in this are ingenious! Name anything in the old version (motion sensor, pred vision mode, marine weapons, etc...) and its is included in this! There are lots of units and they make use of EVERYTHING in the pc version of AvP. You really have to try the game before you can understand how all this works, but it kicks ass!
As far as things to do in the game, this is where it suffers =( There is a story mode... and only a story mode. On a brighter side, though, the story mode is long, with a total of 21 missions. You can toggle the difficult setting, of corse, to your liking.
Over all, its a great game. I would say buy it if your into Real Time Strategies, but its not a must-have.
