THE GOOD:

New vehicles such as Jetski

Long story mode guarantees days of fun

Side missions such as Taxi driver, rampage, Paramedic and Firefighter return

More outfits to unlock

More unique jumps

New grapple feature, plus "neck breaker" grapple

Enhance stamina system when swimming

Jaw dropping graphics

More vehicles than ever before

THE BAD:

Doggy AI, almost robotic like

Poor character models

Missions sometimes a little too easy

Limited radio stations, less than ever before

Long loading times are back when you cross from city to city

Poor camera angle when flying a plane or helicopter
