SUMMARY: This is probably one of the best that I have played,
though it has a sort of disopointing ending once you clock it.
I'm allready saving up cash for 'Jak II renagade'.
THE GOOD: GRAPHICS PERFICT GRAFICS ECPETIALY HOW U CAN SEE THE ENERGY BEAM FOR THE FORBIDIN FORSEST ALL THE WAY FROM SNOWY MONTAIN
THE BAD: not to bad not to bad at all
SUMMARY: Hard but not to hard,i mean its a perfect game its got the action, the puzzle, the racing( flying of the lava in the zoomer) its even got a cute little fur ball lol i give it a 6 out of 5!IM GLAD I GOT THIS GAME IN A ENCURE U ALL THAT DONT HAVE TO......GET IT RIGHT NOW OR U WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE GOOD: Graphics, music, gameplay and storyline!
THE BAD: Hmm, the only bad i find is that there is a glitch with one of the precursor basin tasks.
SUMMARY: I love this game! The graphics are excellent and you always find yourself humming along to the music. All the tasks you have to do, some are quite challenging and really fun. With a fun storyline and hours of challenging gameplay this game is one of the best i've played! I would say that between the ages 8-15 will get extrememly enjoyable gameplay, but everybody else will love it as well. With great characters like the silent but curageous Jak, the funny and cute weasel Daxter, the nice and friendly Keira and all of the Sagesm AND all of the countless other characters you do challenges for, lots of interaction for everybody!!!
THE GOOD: Very good graphics! Everything is great! So much room to walk and explore, so many thing you can ride and its all fun!
THE BAD: Not too much. I found it frustarating and hard, but its still a great game!
SUMMARY: I recomend this game to people with lots and lots of patience! Its an awsome game, but its hard to get attached to playing it alot. Once you get the hang of it, its really cool!
THE GOOD: Brilliant, superb, cartoon graphics easy to pick up and play.Brilliant lerning curve everyone should own this!
THE BAD: Need more moves sometimes elements are from Crash Bandicoot not always a good thing.
SUMMARY: A brilliant game which more or less everyone should own!U are in the game when u play this absoulutly excelant game! Not one for the multiplaying fans but still numerous sub games too keep everyone happy. If u got £40 to spare spend it on this.
THE BAD: The....uh...well...er...what the heck. The parts that were harder than hell and made me abuse my pillow.
SUMMARY: I really liked it. I wish it would have been longer. I did get really mad at some things, and then kick myself over not seeing how easy it really was. I liked the plot, espically how Kiera completely ignored Daxter and nonchalantly threw herself at Jak, when Daxter was the one pining for her. And most of Daxter's comments. The one that made my eyes pop out was the one, "While you're down there...." Yep. Verrrry interesting.
THE GOOD: A great platformer, this is one of the bestgames there are. Beautiful graphics, fantastic gameplay, mutch variation, lots of humor, no loading times, big places, great "eco" stuf,...
THE BAD: not that hard. Only 3 bosses. If you aren't a platformer lover there is a chance you wont like this game.
SUMMARY: Huge variation of things to do, awesome landscapes, beautiful graphics. I just love this game, but I have to say that if your aren't keen on platformers, you'll probably think that this game is boring and stupid. But if you are a platformer lover, then just buy this game !!
THE GOOD: Great Graphics Excellent Gameplay Comedic Value
THE BAD: Little Replayiblity
SUMMARY: Jak and Daxter is definitly one of the Hugest Holiday Hits. The gameplay is absolutly amazing. The graphics are stunning. Jak and Daxter which bring you into a complete immersive world. The 3-D roaming quality and lack of load-times make the game even better. Even though is Naughty Dog's first attempt at a PS2 game, the did great.
Also the sound-effects are stunning. From the sound of the motor of the A-GraV Zoomer to the sound of Jak's footsteps makes the game incredibly life-like. The voices of each character match there appearance perfectly. The only downfall is the length of the game, it's surprisingly short. I look foward to the sequel.
THE GOOD: + Free environment + See there, go there + No loading + Looks great + Quality voice actors + Eco system
THE BAD: - Camera can get frisky - Traditional gameplay
SUMMARY: Can you imagine being restricted to following just one path in life? Every morning you get up and put on the same uniform you've worn since birth, wax the mustache you've been growing since puberty, eat a few of the same old mushrooms, stomp on the same old Goombas and head in the one "right" direction yet again. What kind of life is that? I'd rather be able to roam free, going wherever I want, whenever I wanted to, without ever being hocked by my annoying, skinny brother. The folks at Naughty Dog seem to share this vision. Like me, they were tired of all these platform games that set you on a single track with a one way ticket to the same old gameplay. Rather than stick to this tried and true formula, they've created Jak & Daxter:...
General/Summary: I was expecting a lot out of this game. After all, it was made by the people who created my beloved Crash Bandicoot series (which has since been destroyed by Trav. Tales developers). In fact, Crash Team Racing was probably my favorite racing game of all-time. Could this game possibly live up to that kind of experience? The answer is a resounding YES! Naughty Dog has once again outdone themselves with this little gem. You play as Daxter, a quiet but mischievous young boy, who has a loud and mischievous friend named Daxter. Then one day Daxter falls into a vat of Dark Eco (a sort of black magic) and turns into a weasal! The point of the game is to collect items called Power Cells so that you can make your way to the only mage who can turn Daxter back to normal. This is done in a similar fashion to the collection of Stars in Mario 64. In fact, this game felt a lot like Mario 64, which is the highest complement for any platform game! Smooth character movements, airtight...
