THE GOOD:
~The movie turns into the game (cut scenes)
~The cool combos
~Get to be one of the 3 (Legolas, Gimli and The soon to be king)
~The sounds and musicTHE BAD:
~It will get tiresome
~It will get repetitive
~Quick to finish
~Bad replay value
~Short
~Just annoying
SUMMARY:
Well this is the game that is form the legendary movie The Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers. The game will start you off with the frist part of the first movie, then all of a sudden with out you even going into menu, you will immediatly get into the game fighting, in a way it is an interesting way to start off your game, but then again it is annoying.
As you go through the game, you will fight of hordes of eneimes such as orks. In some levels you will even encounter such things as bosses, like the cave troll, in the first movie. You will advance through the game to qucikly as this is an extremely short game. By one hour into the game, you should have finished the game, because of this, this game has really bad replay value and you might not want to play much of it after you have finished. The game will also get really repetitive as it is just hacking and slashing and it will get really tiresome.
As you go through the game you can either play as one of the three charcters. Each of these characters have their own moves and more moves can be attained by getting high combo bonuses. These combo bonuses lets you buy certain moves for the character, (this is the only thing that adds to replay value). Combo points can be attained by killing enemies in a combo. Five hits could get a high score when one won't get you very much.
The graphics are not great, but they are not bad, they are at an ok level for you to play in. Though the atmosphere of the game is very dull and dreary and will make you want to play something else. The sound in the game is excellent and very sharp, it is quite pleasing. The music is at an exceptional standard, but don't forget, it is the music form the great movie we all love.
Overall this is not entirelly a good game, it's passable, though it is best for a rental, if you love lord of the rings you may not be to dissapointed, but I recommend that every one will rent this before you buy, just to be safe. |

THE GOOD:
The Grafix, sound game play, inginuity. The specialsTHE BAD:
Replay someimtes a little tituis. Was just plain Too easy. SUMMARY:
Over all this game was farly good it was better than the Felowship of the Ring, and sloved many of its problems. The battle system was supurb, yet I was a little mad I couldn't play Gandalf the White, or Frodo. This game had a little above mediocer graphix. The sound on it was streght from the move and perdect. The special features and documentarys where a nice feature, some of the cheets halarious. Yet this game was just tooo plain easy to beat. Although the bonuse levle with the tower was chaliging and Helms deep, the over all game was easy, once you started getting perfects and your metter was boosted battles became push overs.
On a closing note if you like The LOTR then get this game if not still get it. |

It is soooooooo shit, *bleep*ed and very very very immature. I can not believe that people over five years old actually like this crap.
Shit graphics, gameplay, and the most bullshitty storyline ever made make this story even worse than it is. Lord of the Ring stings is not even fit for my or anyones doghouse. THE GOOD:
This game has great graphics and sound effects, fighting, and music, as well as cool scenery.THE BAD:
At the start, when you first put the disc in, you actually have to watch the entire begining of the LOTR the fellowship (the movie). And you can't skip it. It takes FOREVER! And then when I got into the game I discovered it was terribly horribly hard, and stupid. It was alot like Dynasty warriors, which is good, but it was WAY too hard, and not fun at all. I died, and had to go through the begining of the movie again. It was so agrivating I didn't play it again for weeks. SUMMARY:
The bottom line is this game puts your through way too much before the fun begins, and even then, it's too hard to actually be fun. don't get it unless you've got hours and hours of time. And if you do have all that time, I suggest another game. |

THE GOOD:
This game has excellent graphics and the enemies and your heroes are very well detailed and don't have to many mistakes about them. The weapons are awesome and the combos you can use are unbelievable. Every time you gain a couple of levels you get to pick new combos which is really cool. The levels are very well thought out and they are really fun to play. The controls are very easy and you wont find it heard to use the combos throughout the game.THE BAD:
The bad is that this games camera stinks and the gameplay gets pretty boring. Same fights over and over again through the levels. And the game is very short. The camera angle gets really annoying because sometimes you cant see in front of you, enabling you to see enemies.
SUMMARY:
This game is good but i recommed renting it and trying it out first.

It was a HUGE dissapointment, it is so crap and childish, even worse than the movies and they are BAD.
I can not believe how popular this movie/game/novel is, it is just plain sh*t.
Sadly i think i am the only person in the world who thinks this movie/game/novel is sh*t.
My recommendations are DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP, its not even fit for the doghouse.

Not two player and the camera view is awful SUMMARY:
This game could use some more spice, there is no two players, which i would like this game to have, and the moves are great, like, doing all those combos and stuff is fun, the levels are fun, but the camera view sucks.. Its a great game if you rent this game you would enjoy it, but to buy it, you would just get bored of it to fast.. So, i would recommend renting it.. if they make another game that has more options and you can play two player.. meh. thats a maybe. The final battle, besides the secret one is fun, you just run around killing, thats, the sort of thing i enjoy. Definitly something to try, but, i dont think buying it would be very fun.. but, if you have tried this game, and you enjoyed it, then all the power to ya in buying it. |

This is a great action game yet it lacks the long playing side of it and can be compleated in under a day by a skilled gamer, this game can be quite hard at times. another bad point is you aren't allowed to skip cut scenes your forced to watch it even if you don't want to but this game has great gameplay and is definatly worth renting |

The battles are awesome and it also hard(I like a challenging game).The graphics are just wonderful.But it doesn't get even close to GTA VICE CITY.You definetly get your money out of this game.All in all it's a very good game.THE BAD:
THE GAME IS TO SHORT AND YOU DON'T GET ENOUGH WEAPONS!!!!! SUMMARY:
There is one thing I have to stress over, there isn't enough weapons!!!A person like me wants an arsenal of weapons that are good in different types of battles(like Summoner 2).Hopefully if someone makes another Lord Of The Rings game it will have more weapons and maybe some armor. |

Well, I really didn't think this game would be good. In fact, I didn't even want the damn thing! But my little sister put it on her Christmas list, and we got it, and it turned out to be great. Did you like Dynasty Warriors? Well, if you did, forget that game. This game is better!If you didn't, you should still pick this game up. It is lightyears cooler than DW, and I shouldn't even compare it to that game. Sure, this game is not my favorite, but I do think it is the best movie-game out there. |
