Despite a variety of shortcomings, MetropolisMania 2 is a fun and oddly addictive city sim that walks the fine line between being eccentric and outright bizarre.

Even if you're fascinated by the city-builder genre, or you enjoy quirky Japanese games, don't waste your money, time and patience on this title. It's not worth it.
