THE BAD:
Grand theft auto ripoff!
Crappy graffics, looks like it was made 5 years ago. drug use is lame, selling drugs is *bleep*ed, The city is way to small.

SUMMARY:
You are very limited to what you can do in this game, and you have to make sure you do "good" for all the "bad" things you do. If you take drugs, sell drugs, or get caught selling, or beat the crap out of good citizens, your rating goes down fast. the farther your rating drops you get demoted and end up as a regular citizen, then you have to work your way back up to rookie again. The fighting could have been a little better. The only good thing about using the drugs is the acid, it looked really cool. If you use to much you become addicted and need to fight your addiction.
This game was ok to rent but not something I would purchase, not even for $20.
