THE GOOD: -Create Court -Dunk contest -Graphics -Nba, & Street legends
THE BAD: -Music SUMMARY: NBA Street V3 is of course one of the best in-stallments in the series. You of course got the famous street park's, nba & street legend's, & the slamin dunk contest which you unlock in street mode on your reputation & Sp points "not the dunk contest". Anyways you can go to play now & get a standard street game with your favorite team started, or go to street mode & create your own baller & basketball court. Now for the good's & bad's, the up's are the fact that the graphics are improved, you can create your court, you can unlock nba & street legend's, & you can play in the dunk contest. Now for the down's the only one I have is the music, I wish they would've added more track's, because there are only a few. But besides the up's & down's NBA Street V3 is a very good game that will keep you busy. |

THE GOOD: This game is without a doubt the best of the three made. Definatly the best of the EA street titles. I own the PlayStation 2 version and it plays well using the four triggers for turbo's and the R stick as the trick movement, but also I have several friends with the X Box version and that plays equally well using the triggers and the left analogue stick button for turbo's and the right stick for tricks. My advise is if you do not already own this game
GO AND BUY IT.THE BAD: If you hate basketball you may hate this but it does have the fun of playing more so towards the tricks side so its fun for everyone. SUMMARY: It is just that damn good. If you enjoyed street 2 then this will not disappoint. I gave the review a 5/5 scoring as it is perfection and I wonder how they may improve for street 4.
The addition to the game breakers is a nice touch, rather than in street 2 where you can store a game breaker to get a level 2 game breaker and so on, with street V3 you must use your game breaker before it runs out. When in a game breaker you must perform tricks to increase the level of the game breaker and you may pass between you players while in mid-air before dunking the ball.
Also the dunk contests which have the same principle as a "one man" game breaker are quite cool. But you may use props which can range from a table to a portable toilet! This added feature is cool and great fun with friends as it is possible to have up to 8 contestants with only one pad! |

THE GOOD: The graphics The gameplay You do your own gamebreaker Dunk contest NBA Street leauge Create a court Create you own sneaks The soundtrack The BEASTIE BOYS !!!!THE BAD: No Micheal Jordan..... SUMMARY: This is by far the best sports game out there(Unless you count blowing things up in Merceneries a sport). Its got endless features, the gameplay is far superior to NBA Street Vol.2, at first the graphics look a but blocky compared to vol. 2 but thats nothing, the gameplay makes up for that. Street challenge is well done as you build your own court, get players to join your team. When you doa gamebreaker you gotta do the tricks yourself using the right analouge stick. This is also worked well and really make you love the game. The downside....well in nba street vol. 2 there were 3 micheal jordans, but like in epsn 2005 he is no there, and in this game he is nowhere to be seen. peace -Prince |
