THE BAD:
Camera Angles (I would like to see my players!)
Graphics (Could use fixing.)

SUMMARY:
NFL Street 2 is simply impressive. It's the perfect mix of Hardcore Football and the NFL. From the tackles, to the stylish moves, to the fully customizable players this game will have you coming back for more; again and again.

The first thing I noticed that I really liked was the tutorial. Asking you if you were new to the game and wanted to get a feel for the game or if you were a old time veteran needed some refreshing. I played through this to get my knowledge back and get a feel back to the game. It worked and I haven't lost too many games yet.

You can choose to play from a wide variety of modes. From a simply Quick Game if you are in the hurry, to pick-up games where you select your team through a variety of players.

Own the City where you create a player, pull together a team from your hood, and dominate the streets one field at a time. Recruit the best players from the teams you best as you build a rep and pave the way to the ultimate showdown in the City against Xzibit's all-star team of NFL players.

NFL Challenge where you build a team and introduce your stylin' self to the NFL. Win challenges and earn Development Points that improve your squad. After completing the challenges, you move on to a Tournament where you see how you stack u against against the best in the NFL.

Challenge Mode; before you enter a Tournament, you need to complete a series of unique challenges on every field. You're only allowed a certain number of days to prepare, so use them wisely. After completely a challenge you get a reward; the harder the challenge the bigger the reward. Some of these rewards go as followed Development Points, Impact Gear, and a chance to add a real NFL player to your own team.

Now time for the two new modes added into this game. The NFL Gauntlet puts you right into the middle of the NFL. You must go against the entire NFL in the Gauntlet. Pick your team , and then call out every squad in the league, one by one.

Another new mode added into NFL Street 2 is Street Events. From 4-on-4 showdowns to the every-man-for-himself battle zone known as the Crush the Carrier, use the six new Street Events to perfect your skills.

I loved making my own character. It took me awhile as there were just so many choices of hair styles, shirts, NFL Jersey's, Throwbacks, and others, and plenty of pants, shorts, and more to look through. It is really 100% customizable.

The controls are very simply to use as well. Only took me a couple of hours to get used to them. It's extremely easy to use the controls and make a good play look amazing now.

This game was only let down by two things. The graphics I felt weren't too much better then the first NFL Street, and I felt they could have put in just a little bit more effort into it, instead of making it look like they just rushed it.

I also didn't really like the Camera Angles. I felt they could have been better and possible a rotating camera so we could catch all of the action. I mean I put a lot of effort into creating my guy I feel I should at-least get a look at him in action.

Overall: This game really did impress me.I didn't think I would still be playing it after a couple of weeks, which I am. It's addictive to the average Sports gamer like myself. From the modes, to the players, to the hard hitting tackles, this is a good buy.
