THE GOOD: Graphics, missions, unlockables, and fighting combos.
THE BAD: Villans
SUMMARY: This is a pretty darn cool game! It follows the story of the movie pretty well while also throwing in more villans. I would have piced some better villans like, Oh say... VENOM! But other that that this game is pretty good. You have new more devestating combos and the unlockables are great(you can even play as the green goblin with his glider and everything!).
THE BAD: The graphics, the gameplay, repetitive missions or objectives, stupid characters, stupid boss fights...
SUMMARY: I found this game to be horrible. Just because the movie did well in theatres doesn't mean they have the right to disgrace us with this crap. It only sold well due to the fact that the movie was so successful.
This game is very repetitive. Its basically just go beat up this guy, go kill that guy, go save him, etc. Thats basically the story to every mission in the game. This game was a huge disapointment to me.
THE GOOD: Great combo attacks! I couldn't get over how many there were. That's about it though folks.
THE BAD: Graphics of Atari, seen the movie? you know the game, pretty much, not enough MJ, storyline
SUMMARY: Okay, you don't get to see MJ but for about 2 seconds the entire game. The graphics are absolutely terrible. The story line might as well be not even there. When you are in a chase seen I hope you are ready to do it 10,000 times cause they are fast. Trust me, please rent this game before you buy it. I am a true spidey fan, and I would never ever diss anything for him. But, this game truly is awful. I liked the PS1 games better. Please though, save money, rent the game. You will beat it in one day and know what I'm talking about.
THE GOOD: I like this game pretty much. Especailly with those cheat codes on!
THE BAD: The bad is that this game does not have a lot of levels and the fact that you dont have ALL the enemys like the X-Box and PS2 version has Shocker and GameCube has that Cheeta Guy with the Cheeta Printed-Clothed Guy? I hate that!
SUMMARY: If this game had all the improvements I said, it would be the best game ever!
THE GOOD: Fun gameplay, pretty good story (even though it is like the movie a bit), and fun fighting.
THE BAD: You still can't explore everywhere like you always wanted to (who wouldn't want to take a peak in Mary Jane's bedroom while she is dressing lol hehe).
SUMMARY: I found this game to be quite enjoyable. It was fun and the controls were pretty good. I liked the different fighting combos and various enemies and bosses. I still wish you could go anywhere you want but I guess we have to wait for that. Also this game does lack replay value but the mini games are pretty fun. I recommend renting this game first before buying it.
THE GOOD: Lot's of creative combat options, polished up graphics from the PSone version
THE BAD: Camera still licks goat. Nastey slowdown when things get hectic
SUMMARY: I'm swinging hundreds of feet above New York city streets, chasing after some costumed freak, attempting to land on his head and give him a beating. If I could just play more levels like this all would be well. But Spider-man starts to suffer when you bring the little wall crawler inside, and through one annoying claustophobic level after another, I found myself praying a outdoor level would follow. They should've justlet spidey stay outdoors. And no matter which super villian your fighting, they all act the same on the ground. Every boss battle (excluding areil encounters) feels the same.
The controls may feel intimadating at first, but soon enough you'll be web throwing, web balling and swinging around town, web-zip style.
THE GOOD: -The graphics are sweet -its fun slinging around town as spider-man -you'll have fun playing as the green goblin -nice story -good variety of combo attacks -nice aerial battles
THE BAD: -too short -some of the enemies are kinna strong(how can a normal thug withstand multipile punches and kicks from spider-man) -the in-door levels get a bit boring since you can't really sling around much -the camera and controls need alot of imporvement
SUMMARY: This game doesn't really follow the movie but it it will be boring if all you fought was Green Goblin right?? This is the best comic book hero game so far..
THE GOOD: it has wide variety of combo's .kinda alright story. AWESOME (!) training levels. secret costumes. radical graphics and gameplay
THE BAD: er... bears little relation to the movie itself. on harder difficulties it can get frustrating
SUMMARY: it is very similar to the psx games but this one has definately improved since then. r example the graphics are like 100000000 times better. it has a lot more and better training tutorials. and it has a good story featuring enemis such as; the shocker, vulture, arch-enemy scorpion, and a fw battles with the nemesis himself, normon osborn.the GREEN GOBLIN. you will do various missions such as rescuing civilians, infiltrating oscorp and disarm bombs.
ahem... spider-man, spider-man, does whatever a spider can, spins a web, any size, catches theives, just like flies Look out!, here comes the spiderman! is he strong? listen bud, he's got...
THE GOOD: The wide variety of moves, and combos, and airbone acrobatics is just a few of the many items that makes this game as good as it is. Fight your way through level after level to battling all sorts of thugs to do what you can for good, and after each level, sit back and relax as you unlock a movie in your personal theater, that you may view whenever you please, and watch the stunning scenes. Make your way through to battle the greatest villans, Green Goblin, Shocker, Scorpian, and my favourite, Old Man Vulture!
THE BAD: The loading time definatly takes a bit more time than you would assume, but the wait is worth it! The camera angle may become a problem if you choose a hard difficulty setting, but in the easier ones, its no problem
SUMMARY: This game is great for Spiderman fans, from the athentic moves to the traditional thugs this game will have you on the edge of your seat! And this game isn't 100% based on the film, there...
