THE GOOD:
The graphics look smoother than ever before. New WWE additions such as Booker T, Rob Van Dam, Hollywood Hogan, Stacy Keibler and Ric Flair are in. There has been more attention paid to the arenas and the backstage areas, which have apparently been based on Madison Square Garden and the surrounding area.

THE BAD:
It's a while to wait until it comes out. THQ promised many features in JBI, but rushed the game and failed to deliver. Can they improve this time?

SUMMARY:
SYM certainly is looking impressive by the evidence we've seen so far. The graphics are much more smoother than in the other Smackdown titles. Although the models are based on JBI, there have definately been some improvements on how wrestlers perform moves. Stone Cold, for example, now performs a more convincing stunner, and then to add insult to injury, gets in the face of his opponent and taunts them. On the Smackdown arena, we have seen Booker T come down to the ring,...

THE GOOD:
The Good! an improved story mode that lets you wrestle a full two seasons (over 100 matches) and being able to hold a draft! Yukes has also put time into the look of the wrestlers so they outmatch those of RAW on the xbox.

THE BAD:
Oooooooohhh. . . Reports say that the The King and J.R along with Tazz and Michael Cole will commentate during matches. This mean improved commentary, or double the amount of MONKEY SHIZEL we heard in Just Bring It!

SUMMARY:
Shut your mouth looks promising. Yukes (the develepor) hase been shaky in finalizing the games roster. So far all they have is under 20 wrestlers confirmed. Brock Lesnar and others will be in the game, but with more than 3 months of WWE running, anything can happen. From what I've seen and read from E3 and the internet, This could be the best game since WWF No Mercy. Did I mention that their is NOW ALTERNATE COSTUMES!!! for matches!

THE GOOD:
This game looks fab. There are more superstars to choose from e.g RVD,Brock Lesnar and Kevin Nash, more matches such as Elimination tag and captain fall and acording to THQ Lumberjack has been brought back. The graphics look sweet and the finishers look the business. The moves are carried out with more realism and detail. I have downloaded many SYM clips and the game looks like the best in history, i can asure JBI will be blown away like dust. There is nothing tis game don't have from Five stars off rebelion sets to choke slams off the hell in a cell, all in all wicked. Another good thing is how the ladders fall over now instead of dropping like they did in JBI and you can do moves such as the vandaminator. I am very pleased with the features of this new game and i am sure it will get a 8 or over rating.

THE BAD:
I think the table matches should be improved and you should be able to challenge friends for belts and story mode should be 2...

THE GOOD:
the graphics are awsome it is so much better. There are many new additions to this game for example the match hell in the celgoes all the way around the ring. another would be the characters they are much more detailed like the xbox.

THE BAD:
the characters faces could have had a little more work put into them.

SUMMARY:
this game will knock the pants of you,and it will totaly blow your mind. Are you ready to take a ride into the most detaild and most action packed smackdown of all time. if you are then grab a chair and sit down and listen good. Smackdown 4 has all the old matches from all the other smackdowns, with some intense upgrades. the matches are more action packed with the hell in the cell, tlc, and much more are waiting in this most anticipated smackdown since the end of last year. Not only did the matches get a huge upgrade the whole arena did. Which makes this the best looking wreastleing ever. the characters are a lot...

THE GOOD:
New wrestlers such as all the Alliance superstars, and you can defend your title in exibition mode aswell. Over 60 wrestlers and over 60 different match types. More arenas to chose from.

THE BAD:
There's no blood, Scott Hall was taken off the game, there should be an Inferno Match along with a Burried Alive Match but theres none.

SUMMARY:
With over 60 wrestlers and over 60 different match types you can defend your title in exibition mode against a friend or lay an ass kicking on your old man. There are way better graphics and better storylines. There are 3 different sets of ring announcers. There are:Jerry "The King" Lawler & Jim "JR" Ross for RAW & Pay-Per-View. Michael Cole & Tazz for SMACKDOWN. Michael Cole & Kevin Kelly for Sunday Night Heat.

There are more arenas to chose from like. 2 different Summerslams, Invasion, King Of The Ring, Wrestlermania and many more. Now you can KNOW YOUR ROLE AND SHUT YOUR MOUTH and go...

THE GOOD:
The ever-improving graphics. The entrances are awesome and very lifelike. The CAW mode is very detailed providing never-ending possiblities and the story mode is better than any other mode I've ever seen in a wrestling game.

THE BAD:
Unfortunately there is no create-a-ppv, and some wrestlers do not have their proper entrance music. Hard to keep updated (belts out of date - some superstars not included).

Aside from this, not a whole lot wrong with the game.

SUMMARY:
Ever since day 1, I've always been a fan of the Smackdown series. From the original (yet basic) Smackdown game to the incredible games showcased on our television screens today (such as SYM).

Each game was good in its own right, and each game shone out in certain things. Smackdown was good, it was new and the whole game attracted many fans. Smackdown 2 provided us with a very long Story mode and a more improved CAW mode. Smackdown JBI (3) enhanced the...

THE GOOD:
Oh my god where do I begin? This should not have the discusting title of Smackdown it is so good. Can I be breaking a rule saying that everything is good about this game! Entrances, Movies, Moves, Modes everything!

THE BAD:
First of all, THQ I have a major problem with, those morons making the game (The game turned out PERFECT) was that everytime (Like average gamers) I went to the Local Walmart the Spaced out losers at the counters would always say that the idiots at THQ once again.... Couldn't release it!!! Why? I think THQ was trying to add anticipation to the game by postponing it every single week. Now I would like to send a personal letter to THQ:
Your Game Is Great
You Suck!

SUMMARY:
Besides that the real game is great. Where should I begin? I will start with the new WWE Superstars in the game, which defeated it's predosetter 35 to 60! Some new guys are:
RVD, Ric Flair, Billy & Chuck, Stacy Keibler, Lance Storm,...

THE GOOD:
Replay Value Is Great
Unbelievable Graphics
Deeper Season Mode Than Last Year
Most In-Depth CAW Mode EVER

THE BAD:
Not Really Anything To Complain About Except A Few New Superstars Are Missing.

SUMMARY:
This is by far one of, if not, the best game of the year. I have never been so ecstatic to play a game as I was with this game. My expectations were very high for this game and I can honestly say I wasn't disappointed. In all acuality, this game was all I had expected and then some. I was amazed at the detail of the WWE Superstars. The season mode is great. The movelist to select from is a lot deeper. On top of that, you are able to reverse someone's Smackdown if you have one as well. I recommend this game for any wrestling fan, any fan of video games at all. This game does not disappoint.

Shut your Mouth is the latest in THQ/Yukes succsesful 'Smackdown!' series. The previous game 'Just Bring It!' lacked in certain areas like a poor story mode and commentry, so THQ have fixed this by making the storyline 2 years long and involving actual WWE storylines including the 'nWo' invasion and the WWE draft.

On the commentry side the new commentators, Jim Ross and Jerry 'The king' Lawler, have basically 'shut their mouths' as the commentry in this game is short but sweet.

SYM has a much improved Create-A-Wrestler system and with the 'Face Morphing' tool almost any wrestler can be created.

SYM has almost the full WWE roster and those who didn't make it into the game in time e.g Rey Mestyrio can be easily created in CAW mode as thier moves and clothes are available.

In JBI there was only a limited number of weapons now a whole range of wierd and wonderful weapons are available from the infamous steel chair and table to undertaker's...
