SUMMARY:
Although I've only played Oblivion via PS3, it has got to be one of the most breath taking games of this century. It's a game that makes you want to stop riding your horse, and just camp out and watch the sunset, fake, but pretty.

Well... Maybe I should go in-depth on that. In The Elder Scrolls:Oblivion, you start as a prisoner. When the Emperor and his royal guard enter you cell and open a passage in the wall, you have only one choice to freedom... Follow them. From there you escape, and choose your destiny. A long, but rewarding story in destroying the evil of Cyrodill. Becoming a master thief and restoring the wealth to the commonfolk. Joining some of the most...

Most people who look for an RPG look for the typical anime like characters, the flashy special attacks, the vicous large monsters, and the weapons and armour revolving around elements. Will this title fit in with the rest? Or stand on it's own?

PLOT:

Starts of simple, but at the moment you are free to roam the world, your options branches out. Will you be good? Evil? All up to you, but no matter what you do, you'll eventualy save the world,.. what you do along the way is up to you, and that's the point, you create who ever and what ever you want. The freedom is the thing...
THE GOOD:
Elder scrolls is a stunning RPG made by Bethesda. It is set in a fantasy world with numerous races and locations. The world of the elder scrolls is vast, those who have played previous titles in the series such as morrowind will know this. If you are completely new to the elder scrolls however you will find the concept of the huge world it is set in to be daunting. Oblivion offers players a very easy to start character creation. You choose from one of the ten playable races including the magical Bretons, the brutish Orcs and the mysterious Argonians. Instead of having classes like many of your normal RPGs you choose seven major skills from a total of twenty one such as: Blade Wielding, Alchemy, Heavy Armour skill and Marksman. Training your major skills will ultimately gain you levels which will make your attributes stronger.

Your character plays a vital role in the world of Cyrodiil and YOU decide whether to mould them into a lawful hero, a dark...

SUMMARY:

It is on this day that Emperor Uriel Septim VII embarks on a journey to escape his assassins from fulfilling their duty and allowing Mehrunes Dagon to cross into the world of Tamriel.
