"While not perfect, Winning Eleven 9 is still the best soccer game on the PSP. The action is fluid and intuitive, for starters, and player AI shines. It's amazing that the development team is able to continually refine and tweak the title to continually improve our virtual soccer experience. Still, there is plenty of room for improvement. The lack of infrastructure and Master League mode hurt the overall experience. And the lack of Master League will definitely irritate fans. On the other hand, wireless multiplayer rocks. Bottom line: it's fun, yet frustrating."
