THE GOOD: Good graphics, kick butt storyline, catchy music and the cutest little dragon as the main character!
THE BAD: Some levels are very short...but, the loads and loads of sidequests make up for it!

THE GOOD: the high level count, great bosses, and funny dialugue. and the best music of any game i've played.
THE BAD: i dont know.
SUMMARY: being a hardcore spyro fan for as long as i can remember, i remeber being really enthusiastically exited when this game came out. i was like: whoa, a sequel to spyro? this can't be! and when the 3rd game came out, i was like, okay: this is their last one. and gosh-darnit, they came out with spyro four too. and then like 3 games for gameboy advance. so i was busy that year. anyway, what's weird about spyro two is that i was so exited about it's release, i beat the demo of the game, and then went ahead and rented it and got pretty far. and eventually bought it. but only because a.) the game's dam awesome and b.) this game will take a little more time to beat. and indeed i would take a pretty long time. so iu hope you enjoyed that little anecdote, and now i will get back to the review.

SUMMARY: This is one of my favorite Spyro games.
In Spyro 2 Riptos Rage, You are transported to Avalar to help save it from The Evil Ripto and his 2 goons Crush and Gulp. Travel through many different worlds to collect Talismans and Orbs to help unlock new powers and Places.
The Game is Divided into the parts: Summer Forest, Autumn Plains and Winter Tundra, each of them having a boss at the end. Collecting orbs help you defeat Ripto and get you oe step closer to going to your vacation in Dragon Shores.
Help Elora, Hunter and the Professor Defeat Ripto and save Avalar. Collecting Gems will help you buy new moves from that greedy bear named Moneybags. If you get all the gems and Orbs, then you will get an awesome surprise in Dragon Shores...
THE GOOD: Graphics Music Enviorments SFX New moves Brand new levels Just about everything else
THE BAD: Too easy
SUMMARY: Spyro 2 is about Spyro and his buddy, Sparx being bored. Then they see a portal marked "Dragon Shores". They go into the portal. Unfortunetly, it's actually a portal to Avalar, a town overrun by Ripto, a little orange dinosaur, with his 2 dinosaur slaves: Crush (a big, stupid, blue dinosaur) and Gulp ( a bigger, almost as stupid green dinosaur). Elora (a faun), the Professer (a mole), and Hunter (a cheetah) tell Spyro that he must rid Avalar of Crush, Gulp, and (most importantly) Ripto by gathering tailismans, orbs, and gems. Can the little purple dragon save the day again or will Avalar be destroyed under Ripto's power? This game is great!
THE GOOD: everything i have found nothing wrong whith this game its challenging fun a perfect time at the game and once you fully win the possibillitys are endless a grade a game.
THE BAD: not the best graphics
SUMMARY: ok i extremly recomend this game i mean what kind of a sorry person doesnt like dragons also its like buying tony hawk,boxing,racing,military,classic(krash kangaroo),and one of those games where you shot and people like zombies or raptors you know those arcade games that let you use a toy gun that you can play 2 player on ,and good old spyro.oh yeah that reminds me in bentleys boxing match after you win hook up two controllers and box you freind not a two player game.but this is the best.email me at ArtmisFjr@aol.com for hints, tips ,and cheats on all 6 spyro games

SUMMARY: moneybags is a baffon NO WATER CHEAT (POINTLESS) GO TO THE SUMMER FOREST HAME WORLD, AND ENTER THE POOL BY THE PORTAL TO GLIMMER. GO INTO THE UNDERGROUD WATERWAY UNTIL YOU REACH THE END. GO UP THE STAIRS TO WHERE THE ORB IS,AND STAND ON THE LEDGE. GLIDE LEFT THROUGH THE WALL, AND GLIDE INTO THE WATER PASSAGE. THERE WIIL BE NO WATER, BUT THE FISH WILL STILL BE THERE GLIDING IN MID AIR. YOU WILL HAVE NO ESCAPE BUT TO QUIT.this cheat was discovered by me
THE GOOD: i tihnk that this game is really fun and i rate it a fivecus i think thereis nothing wrong with it. it is fun to be a dragon because dragons rock !!!!!!!!!!!!! u get to go aroung kickin ripto's big fat but and then u get to go to dragon shores and play dunk tank and play on the roller coaster
