SUMMARY:
Chrono Trigger was, without a doubt, the best game of its time and continues to remain a classic hit which can be found in the library of any hardcore RPG fan. But you don't even have to be into RPGs to like this game. Its overall playability, awesome storyline, and the New Game + feature is enough to motivate anyone to play this game through and enjoy it.

In this day of high quality 256-bit graphics, it might be easy to get turned off by this game's graphics. However, in the 3 years that I've owned this game, I've enjoyed the graphics despite eye candy like Final Fantasy X and Xenosaga: Episode I around. They're very...

THE GOOD:
- Good 32-bit graphics
- Excellent Story lines
- Excellent map sequals
- Excellent character(s), monster(s) and RP-character(s)
- Great music
- Perfect battle mode
- Contains mini-games
- Secret characters
- Secret items & weapons

THE BAD:
- Few glitches
- Sometimes buffers

SUMMARY:
Although this game was originally maid in the Super Nintendo Entertainment System console, SquareSoft decided to make it as well for the Playstation (PSX) console giving it another chance for the gamers of today and tomorrow to play once more. Few things were change from the original SNES version such as bugs and a few new graphics were added. What did change is that it transformed from a catridge for SNES to a CD for Playstation. Although this game has the Super Nintendo Entertainment System graphics, it still continues to be the game that's fun to play because of its impacting graphics and story lines!...

THE GOOD:
this game has really cool "movies" that make you feel like your watchin DBZ or somthing, it has the same story as the original chrono trigger on SNES (i own it) and it has a final fantasy feel to it. kinda like a mix of FF and secret of mana or something.

THE BAD:
.... thiers bad to this game? wait yea umm.. wait... oh right maybe the price of the game i mean its so good you should just get it for free but they have to make money so paying for its the only bad part lol

SUMMARY:

THE GOOD:
Crono is a cool main character designed by the person that created Dragon ball Z. The storyline is Epic, the Battles are worth playing the game. The character are different but each have thier own special abilities. The ability to travel through time is also Awesome. The music is somewhat Awesome. I like the skills that Crono can use. the Battle Combos are very nicely made considering it's 32 bit.
The Multiple Endings are also something to do. the Fact that it allows you to have a new save+ makes the game worth beating a second time.

People mistake this game as a bad game because they can't see through Graphics. This game is 32 bit but is still considered to be one of the best Rpg's ever created. The Story, character, and battle style is now seemed to be copied by most newwer games. All I have to say is Chrono trigger... Triggered the Rpg Revolution. I mean, it will get you to like Rpg's if you never played one.

THE GOOD:
The graphics for this game were amazing. I really applaud the people who made this game. It was a breakthrough game.

I like how they didn't have a very drawn out character origin stuff like they do in almost every other RPG.

THE BAD:
Mini Games could have been a little better, especially the Racing Game in the 2300 AD era.

There could have been a little more charatcers, but I think the amount was pretty good.

SUMMARY:
This game is a really good game. I will be playing it for a good long time, especially since it has that Game + option, which in my opinion, is the best idea anyone has every come up with.

I thought there could have been more characters, like in Chrono Cross, but there are a fair amount. More would be better, but how many they have suffices. ^^

So overall, I say it's the second best game in the world! Besides Chrono Cross of course! ^^

THE GOOD:
This is a really fun game to play, with a great plot, interesting characters, cool places/time periods to visit, interesting enemies, and bosses, and fun minigames. I really like how it's connected to Chrono cross, although some of it makes things confusing.

THE BAD:
The levels become repetitive fast, and are somtimes confusing. The enemies also become repetitive, and there aren't enough different kinds of enemies to fight. The elements in Chrono Cross are terribly missed here. Also, the music, while good, isn't as good as CC.

SUMMARY:
A great RPG in it's time, still very good, but not to be compared to chrono cross. I like the story, the people, places and fighting. If you liked Chrono Cross, you should get this, and if you like Squaresoft's games, then you'll love this one. It's definitly worth getting if you like fun, long RPGs.

THE GOOD:
The Game play, Sory line was the best part, battle system, group attacks, skills, bosses were semi hard....

THE BAD:
nothing at all

SUMMARY:
This game was the best for the SNES system, no other rpg or game were better than this one, then they rereleased it to make it popular, I played it back on the super nintendo and it was the best game at the time..because of the great stoy line, Magus and Frog my two favorite chacters and Chrono was cool but not the best...but one of my favorite features about this game was the double and triple team attack skills, those were a very good idea, but some RPG's did'nt catch onto that, some did and alot did'nt for an example of what game did was Persona 2...and last but not least, the bosses, those things were'nt to hard but they were semi...hard..:laughs: I liked just thefact that they even made this game and a really awesome sequel to it, by making Chrono Cross...

THE GOOD:
-Akira Toriyama art work(Creator of DBZ)
-Good graphics, considering it was a remake from the SNES
-Cool characters
-A intracit story line

THE BAD:
-Bad graphics at the same time, for a PSX game
- Wierd battle system

SUMMARY:
In this awsome RPG made by Square (Final Fantasy, etc.) you asume the role of Chrono, a spiky haired teen who doesn't know his life is about to cahnge drastically. He meats some companions on the way Like Marla, a princess, and Frog, a loyal knight who was turned into a frog. Those were just some of the memerable characters from the game. This game is very interesting, becuase you are able to travel through time in it, which is a new ecxperience. But it is one of the best RPGs I have played, and I think you should try it out too.

Story - 4.6/5.0

In my opionion, this is a very good story line. You start off by being woken up by your mom. She then tells you that you were looking forward towards the Millenial Fair. You get out of bed and you go to the fair. You soon meet a girl named Marle and she comes with you to look around the fair. You soon go up to show at the top of the fair. You're friend, Lucca, tells you to try the telepod out. You goon it and you get teleported to the other one. Then Marle wants to. She gets on and her pendant glows. Then she disappears into a time warp! Her pendant is left behind. You put the pendant on and do the same. You get transported in a time warp and you land somewhere. You later find out you're in 600 A.D.! The story goes on from there. You travel through different eras searching for different things. Then you eventually find out about Lavos. He is a HUGE porcupinelike (sp?) creature! You learn that he landed on Earth in 60,000,000 B.C.! He then goes...

THE GOOD:
Excellent story, good music, fun fighting, characters have a good personality, and just an overall great game.

THE BAD:
It is better to just get Final Fantasy Chronicles.

SUMMARY:
Now this game bings back some good memories. This game was one of the true great original RPGs back in the day. So when I heard of this I had to try it out. This game has a wonderful story along with good gameplay. The music is wonderful as well. I recommend gettng Final Fanasy Chronicles instead because this game is hard to find.
