SUMMARY:
Well... where do i begin? To start , Final Fantasy 9 is my favorite game EVER . Yes i do believe it is that good. This game is so magnificent ... let me just explain why this is the best game ever.

1. FF9 has a huge world that is wonderfully detailed and the towns actually feel like towns , townsfolk all seem to have a distinct quality between them.

2. The graphical presentation in this game is outstanding! The cg cut-scenes were their best ever in this game . For proof check out the disc 3 battle between Alexandria Castle/Alexander against Bahamut. Just simply jaw-dropping.

3.Wonderfully orchestrated music and a theme that puts all other game soundtracks to shame.

THE GOOD:
This is about 50 times better than Final Fantasy 8 if you liked Final Fantasy 7 this is the game for you.

SUMMARY:
It is a mix between final fantasy 7 and tactics. And it has a few items and magic from final fantasy 8. I loved the game and you will too.

THE GOOD:
Alright I thought this was one of the better of the Final Fantasy series.The characters in this game were untouchable by any other game in my opinion.You begin to get a feel for the characters and start to actually feel what they feel.Also followed by the awesome battle system and the brilliant idea to use weapons to gain abilities.Storyline also was a marvel.

THE BAD:
Only a few things I didn't like about this game.One was the graphics,they were a bit blocky but for when it was made it's not too bad.Another is how all the characters were a tad short.Thats all I thought this game missed from a perfect score.

SUMMARY:
I think this is my favorite of the Final Fantasies.A definate must buy for any RPG junky.My favorite thing about the game was how the game made you spread out your usage of the characters so one bunch didn't lag behind two much.Two thumbs up,buy the game and you'll have a new love for Final Fantasy!

You can fight the battles with your friend! But everything else can only be done by one person.
The battles are nice you control all the 4 characters in the battle.

Difficultu
This game is easy. You can beat the game on level 65.
But there is one boss which gives you a challenge...
There is not a time you don't know where to go.If you do all the side quests they will give you the challenge!

Everything about it is genius.

The graphics kinda suck if you were to play it today, but back then it was still good..

SUMMARY:
Final Fantasy IX is one of those RPG's that are just.. amazing. Being as it is the last Final Fantasy to ever appear on the Playstation system, Squaresoft really went all out on this one. The gameplay, story, and battle system (even though its traditional), were all flawless. I loved the game because of the story, because it had a more origional theme to it. The graphics were great, and the battle system fits it perfectly. What really got me about this game, I dont even know. All I know is that it quickly became my favorite RPG on the Playstation system. The summons (Eidolons) were also really amazing, and some of them had cool animations and still proved to be really helpful in times of need. There is nothing wrong with this game that I can see.

THE GOOD:
This Game has got the best graphics of all the Final Fantasies on PS1 so far. The storyline is a bit strange, but still great. I also enjoyed having to be able to use 4 characters at once. Great Game for a short time consuming RPG.

THE BAD:
The music is catchy, but too simple, and The characters don't go well together. Nothing much else for now...

SUMMARY:
Overall I gave Final Fantasy a 2.5 The reason is because Squaresoft really could've done better. I really enjoy the game and all, but you just don't get the same enjoyments that you can get from Final Fantasy VII or even Final Fantasy VIII. It's the worst Final Fantasy on PS1, but one of the best overall most of the other RPG games on PS1.

Story - It doesn't seem to be really thought through, but if you look into it. You can see how the story really is worked on. Its in a way complex and in another very simple.

THE GOOD:
One of the greatest RPG game's ever created for the Playstation. The last of a long series for the PS1. A great game and this game was as good as the other ones. What I found about this game was that the ending was very questionable. It seemed unique and different from the other final fantasy games.

THE BAD:
It wasn't the best Final Fantasy game. That is really the only negative of this game. It just wasn't as explosive as Final Fantasy 7, which was the greatest Final Fantasy game in my opinion.

You are a women loving thief trying to stiel a beutiful princess. But that's nothing for there is much more to see while the story gets much mroe complex and enteresting.

So good it would actually look real if the characters didn't look so fake.

Beutiful. Matches with the surroundings and conversations at the same time.

Playability: 5/5
Like most RPGs you won't care about the control. And it's so easy, all you need to have your hands on is Triangle, Cricle, and X. And you could even change the battle speed to your liking and if you are a begginer you coul make sure ennemies don't attack you while choosing items or magic by simply turning on wait.

Entertainment: 5/5
Too good to even be stop battle RPG. SO much action. Get cards and duel people on the streets (by pressing square infront of them). And even synthesise your weapons. Ride on a chocobo and look for treasure! So much to do.

Decent graphics. Not the best on the Ps1 but a huge upgrade from ff8. they're worth 6 but the over an hour of FMV that is the best on PS1 takes it up antoher 3 marks
Story: 10/10 Just great story, the Main enemy change worked well, unlike in 8. and the pure evil of the viilains who destroy 3 citys makes the game just wonderful to play.
Gameplay: 10/10 Great system for learning abilties, fights are fast paced with a shortened summons option making the game exciting to play.

THE GOOD:
Great graphics, brilliant and involveing storyline, mind blowing FMV and easy to learn

THE BAD:
Annoying and synthisised music that replays all the time, can sometimes be difficult and is a rip off price at £40 in England

SUMMARY:
The graphics on here really do put the playstation to its limit and the FMV is even better.
A couple of days before the realease date i heard some rumours that the price was a hefty £40 and i was beinning to go against it. When i bought it at the rumoured price tag i didnt regret what i did as i knew that it was worth it. Several new features have been added and taken away such as the complicated and confuseing drawing and junctioning from Final Fantasy VII have been removed and now we have several equipment slots for weapons, armour , boots and gloves and more. This makes it much easier to use and is a worthy new entry.
