THE GOOD: Tons of VR Missions to keep you occupied Wide Varity of weaponsTHE BAD: Nothing, I don't think that there is anything wrong with this game as far as playing it goes SUMMARY: I enjoyed myself while playing Metal Gear Solid VR Missions. It is an excellent installment to the Metal Gear Series. I can confidently say that this is among my all time favorite video games (My list is of course headed by Metal Gear Solid) I love everything about this game, from the VR weapons mode, to the sneaking mode, and to the mystery mode. Metal Gear VR Missions also allows you to unlock the "Ninja" mode and view things in a different perspective, through Frank Jager, you may know him better as Gray Fox, or Deepthroat. Anyway I think that this game is an excelletn game and I'm glad that so many people are into it. |

MGS VR Missions Review | 2.9 0 comments |

THE GOOD: Playing as the ninja, mystery modeTHE BAD: Far too tedius, very few levels that were actually interesting to play SUMMARY: If you've played any of the vr missions in Metal Gear Solid then you know exactly what you're in for. Levels very similar to those except far more of them. What got me to purchase this game, besides me being a die hard Metal Gear fan, was the very unique levels that were advertised for this game. Fighting gigantic genome soldiers, defending against alien spacecrafts and even playing as the ninja. I thought I was in for a real treat. But the fact of the matter is, there are actually very few of those unique missions and instead missions simply using most of the weapons from Metal Gear Solid to destroy a bunch of boxes. And it just ends up being one tedious chore instead of a fun game.
What I enjoyed most about this game was playing as the ninja. The one type of mission where there should have been a ton of levels there were only three. >_< And there is also a mystery mode where you are given a clue at the beginning of the stage and have to figure out who the culprit is from a lineup of genome soldiers. Takes a little thinking on your part. Other than these two modes though there wasn't much I would say I found enjoyable.
I would only recommend you try this game if you're a die hard Metal Gear fan as well. But other than that, I wouldn't suggest even renting it, much less purchasing it. |

THE GOOD: Hardcore Metal Gear fans, meet the ultimate training experiance.THE BAD: Some of the levels are just to tedious to play SUMMARY: Is this the best game I've played in a while, yes. VR missions is packed with over 300+ Missions not to mention the ever anticipated ninja mode, which in my personal opinion rivals being god himself. But all in all this game was great, although the extras could have included the ninja costume. (Damnit KOJIMA DO SOMETHING!) It was a great game, possibly the greatest partnering with Metal Gear Solid. |

THE GOOD: Mostly the whole gameTHE BAD: Storyline... SUMMARY: Nice effort.....But is it worth a second of your time? Definatly. This is a very cool game,it requires you to complete 300 seprate missions < your probley saying "300! I can never do that" But its not as much as you think >.This game was nice.It can almost be compared to its brother MGS.The game is very lacking of a storyline which was the heart of the first MGS game < Says I Smartly > But the fun of the game will make up for it.I promise. This game was very good and a good presentation from Konami. If you have the money, buy the game.If not rent it for a weekend or 2 its definatly worth a look. |
