Resident Evil

THE GOOD:
Graphics
The visuals are stunning and breathtaking. The enemies look great and so do the characters. The lighting is great and so are the reflections in mirrors. Particle effects are spectacular especially the rippling effects in the water. Explosions and fire look real don't touch the screen for risk of being 3rd degree burns. The real time cinemas look great, except for some slowdown between camera changes but these are hardly noticed after the first movie. The best looking game I've ever seen.
Sound
The sound matches everything and is a masterpiece to be heard. The footsteps change based on which type of floor you are walking on, you will hear all the creaks and squeaks as you walk across rickety boards. The enemy's sound great and they never get old, the lip synching with characters is almost spot on (i didn't notice an off line throughout the entire game).

GamePlay
The best part of Resident Evil, and any game for that matter, is the gameplay. The controller rumbles in your hand as you unleash an incinerary grenade onto your foe causeing it to pummel to the ground in the the midst of burning to ashes. The action never stops as you run for your life from an assortment of different enemys with a variety of speeds and one-hit kills. Watch as you stab a zombie in the head with a dagger or zap it to death with a tazer, with an arsenal of weapons like in Resident Evil you might almost feel invincible. The tension nevers stops 'till your home free.

Replay Value
You want replay value? Huh you want it? Are you sure you can handle the suicidal difficulty of invisible enemy? Can you brave Real Survivor and tough it out 'till the end? Are you ready to run for your life as One Deadly Zombie chases after you throughout the mansion? Are you able to beat hard mode in under 3 hours to nabb and ultra powerful weapon? Will you even be able to beat hard mode? No didn't think so. There is so much replay value and this game is already so cheap you would have to be an idiot not to grab this bargain while it lasts.
