Dead Rising

THE BAD:
-Difficult at first.
-Physics aren't very good.

SUMMARY:
This game is superb! I personally would recommend this as the "essential" to add to GoW if you have a 360. The graphics are really great. At some points I forgot it was a game. Sadly the poor lip flapping animations reminded me..... That's the cutscenes though. In game it doesn't look quite as good. But can you really expect them to when you've got.....oh yeah, HUNDREDS of zombies attacking at once? Oh man and the sound effects. A satisfying crunch or slash sound magnifies every kill. And the music.... Oh man, it has the best music of any game ever in my opinion. There is a noticeable absence of rag doll physics though. They get kind of repetitive but it can be excused from a game of this magnitude. Also the character models. Some of the zombies repeat an awful lot. But then what do you expect when there's so many? And sometimes if they don't repeat exactly it's a tiny difference like one has different pants, or one has a hat or something. Oh and the humans repeat really bad. There are two types of humans that you fight in the game (That aren't boss battles). Each of these uses the exact and I mean EXACT same character models. And back on the boss battles the game is loaded with them so you won't get bored of zombies all the time. (But who gets bored of shoving ketchup bottles into a zombie's face?) And the difficulty is very high at the begining. So much in fact, that the "save stats and quit" feature becomes almost a necessity. Not really good, breaking up the story like that. Especially since the story in this game is so strong. Well that concludes my review. Final remark: If you have a 360 and don't have this game you should be ashamed of yourself and you should go to the store and get this game.
