THE GOOD:
- A great WWII game with realistic situations, people and missions.
- Comedy at points
- Good cinematic clips
- Easy controls and easy to command sqaud
- Great sound effects
- Available overview of the area your fighting in so you can carefully plan your attacks and how to flank your enemy.
- Boxes of ammo nessecery to complete the mission hidden in boxes or buildings.
- Something different from medal of honour

THE BAD:
- The game tries to create a brotherly feel so you protect you men but even if they die they reappear on the next mission.
- Multi player isnt great

SUMMARY:
A very realistic WWII squad FPS based on the real life events of the 101st Airborne Divison (Screaming Eagles). You play as Matt Baker and you get to command up to two teams at once. The AI in the game is generally good as the enemy soldiers will adjust their positions to react to what you do so it is not always simple. Just watch out for...

THE GOOD:
Is a great WW2 simulator, all dialogue is spoken (ala KOTOR), great production values.

THE BAD:
Is a great WW2 simulator NOT such a great game. repetitive, repetitive, repetitive gameplay and annoying loading screens take away all the charm from the game rather quickly.

SUMMARY:
Brother in arms is a great ww2 simulation , actually is so good that you can teach kids about this period of history using it as a tool (not smalll kids though since is rated "m") Each detail you may want is here, from the way the rifles loaded and how they sounded, what weapons were available (not many) and the scarce ammo they used, even actual military techniques.

Realism gets a looong way here, actually one thing I was initially impressed with was that German soldiers are not displayed as ugly, gorilla like baddies (like the ones you see in most games and movies ) they are actually kids probably the same age as the guys in your platoon. (A good...

THE GOOD:
1. Easy to learn controls. You can command your men quickly and efficiently with the touch of a button.
3. The realism is unsurpassed. Down to every inch of grass, this game is real.
4. Graphics and sound effects are amazing. They also stick with the realism factor.
5. The characters develop and you get to know them, as well as yourself. Some die, some live. This also adds in an emotional factor.
7. Everything in the game is real. That's right, everything. Characters, weapons, events, and settings.
8. The singleplayer is the best thing about this game. It is long, immersive, and unpredictable.
9. Mutliplayer, while not the funnest part of the game, is still worth a try.

THE BAD:
1. The Multiplayer could've been done better.

Other than that, nothing.

SUMMARY:
This is one of the best games I have played in a long time. I've gone through Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Call of Duty: Finest Hour, Medal of Honor:...

THE GOOD:
- Finally, a World War Two video game that doesn't show Omaha Beach !
- Not your Medal of Honor, you need your squad to complete these missions.
- Witty humor at regular intervals.

THE BAD:
- Disappearing bodies, but I can see why they took that out, with the frame rate and all.
- If your ally dies, he'll come back. Not very logical.

SUMMARY:
The most realistic World War Two shooter out there. BiA is all about realism. You might be thinking " Oh, another WWII shooter, time for Omaha Beach. " Not this time. Sure, I love running out of a Higgins boat onto the French coast with German soldiers shooting MG-42's at me as much as the next guy, but stuff gets old.

Now, you play as a paratrooper in the " Screaming Eagles ". (It's the 101st Airborne Divison for you non-military people out there.) Refer to my " The Good " part. During your gameplay, you will have access to a wide variety of weapons, all real. The...

THE GOOD:
1. Team tactics... not one man army stereotypical
2. Very amusing how you feel connected in some way
3. Feels like a movie
4. Everything basically

THE BAD:
1. nothing really...

SUMMARY:
This game has set a standard for all shooters.... If your gonna have a Fps shooter... dont be a one man army. That wayyyyy it makes the game wayyyy more fun because people would not rely on yourself to beat it but like computer buddies that can save your ass with covering fire and help you take out enemies. The A.I is what makes it awesome the computers aren't in a arranged position they shift around often and make u keep on guessing. They can ambush you with a storm of bullets before you realize what hit you. This game is like a mix between battlefield 1942 full spectrum warrior, halo 2 controls and difficulty and rainbow 6 overally this game is good and you should buy it.. it has a great story line and handles real nice

THE GOOD:
Looks great, the squad system shakes up the whole Medal of Honour 1 man army story. It's very realistic.

THE BAD:
You've seen it all before, you've done it all before and by now you probably know French countryside better than the French!

SUMMARY:
I have been pounding through brothers in arms road to hill 30. Which has to be one of the worst names for a game ever. The game whilst slick and far better any other WW2 game I've played since the first medal of honour, is lacking something. Maybe I'm bored of paratroopers in Normandy in June '44.

It's main real problem is it's very hard and every time you die (I'm playing it on Normal level) which is often you see a long load screen before you go again and as it can sometimes take less than 30 seconds to get nailed this gets annoying.

It is very realistic- to aim well you look straight down the sights of the gun, funnily when you do this your peripheral vision goes to hell....
