FIFA 2003 isn't a bad game, it has an official license pretty good graphics, and a few stadiums. This isn't the best so far in the FIFA series though, i prefered the gameplay in FIFA 2002. Overall, if you are looking for a game with good gameplay i would advise you to buy Pro evolution scooer 2, if you are a FIFA fan though it's not a bad addition.
THE GOOD: Graphics, Control, Realism, Computer AI, Audio, Modes, Leagues
THE BAD: No Edit Function, Difficulty To Win Headers, Lack of a career mode
SUMMARY: This is probably the best soccer game I have ever played. First the positives. The graphics are stunning, best ever for a soccer game. The control is solid, the only problem I have with with control is that there is no give and go mode like FIFA 2002. Realism is great, the computer AI will change there strategy depending on the score. There are many different modes to choose from, and this game has every major league in it.
There are only a few negatives. The lack of an edit function sucks, especially for us Everton fans because the game is missing Wayne Rooney, and without an edit feature we can not put him in the game. Another problem is the headers, it is way too dificult to score off of a header in this game. The final problem is the lack of a career mode, every EA Sports...
THE GOOD: Graphics, They are the best on a footy game ever created. It's really fun to play with friends. Nice Gameplay. The sound is amazing. With authenthic songs from the top teams in Europe. If you love Soccer: Buy It.
THE BAD: But it's still the same as the other Fifa games. You have the normal sesion mode. You have all the cups. Champions League, The F.A. Cup and so on. Thats the problem. They have the same league's as always! Why can they not create a dream league?. The menus are crap. It's complicated to buy and sell players.
SUMMARY: I have to say that EA have done a great job with this game! People saying that Pro Evolution Soccer 2 and TIF is better then that crap from EA must have some sort of brain damage! This game is one of the reasons I bought an Xbox. The new ball control is easy to learn. It take around ½ hour to get used too, if you are used to Fifa 2002 World Cup it can be a little hard to use the right trigger...
THE GOOD: graphics, gameplay, music, options, realistic, etc.
THE BAD: uh.........none
SUMMARY: This is the greatest soccer game out, the only game that will have a chance of beating it is FIFA 2004. You name a player on any team and they look exactly the same as in real life. Beckham's got the mohawk, Seaman's got the ponytail, Ronaldo's got the shoes, Carlos has got the buzz. It is amazing! You only need to be a semi-enthusiast soccer fan to think this game is off the hook. Go get this game with any money that you can possibly find laying around the house. You can thank me later!
THE GOOD: Graphics, presentation, official license, atmosphere
THE BAD: Trying to achieve headers on goal, not much else
SUMMARY: The best Fifa yet. Vast improvement on previous games. No more floating on air, ball attached to players foot,9-8 scorelines. Great atmosphere created with the presentation the crowd chants are brilliant, 'you'll never walk alone' at Liverpool matches, if your winning 2-0 the crowd chant it and i love the chant 'are you watching Manchester'. The gameplay i feel is still not as good as Pro Evo, but the official license, players names and crowd noises make up for that, you feel like you are there. One problem i have is with the heading, very hit and miss, i dread to concede a corner. EA have made a great effort with this title and are right on the heals of Pro Evo although i myself get a better buzz playing Fifa.
